App not functional

I have been trying to login as a customer but the app keeps saying that my number is incorrect. I also tried clicking in the VIR help button but that doesn't work either. Moreover, i have been trying to catch hold of the policy renewal guys through email but again no response. It is like you guys want me to drive my car with an expired insurance!
