Sweetspot Install is a field tool for technicians and customers onboarding payment terminals for our Pay & Dispense solution. With Sweetspot Install you can: • Scan a terminal's QR code or barcode or enter its serial number to identify it • Assign or reassign a terminal to a merchant store • Verify connectivity, model, and firmware version • Install the Ball Dispenser app • Track the status of each action (pending, success, failed) The app is intended for customers and field technicians.
