My bank in Jamaica use this app and it is the absolute worst. I don't know why they would resort to this nonsense
Not well integrated with watch
This app notified my Apple Watch if an approval is needed but ignores my approval. In the end, I have to bring up the app on my iPhone and wait for the approval to show up again.

Worst RSA Token app
I have never withnessed something having so many bugs and errors..and requiring IOS updates constantly not giving the user even ONE HOUR after an IOS update is issued time to install it. The app doesnt work every single week. Worst app ever.

This app works as intended, but would benefit from having push notifications.

Doesn’t even offer a dark mode icon. Use Microsoft or Google Authenticator if you can.

حملته عشان تسجيل الجامعة المصادقة الثنائية اقسم بالله اسوا فكرة، شغل كثير على الفاضي وطلبات تسجيل كثيره لانهائيه على ايش مفروض حماية! اذا موقع جامعة معروف مو قادر يحمي نفسه مثله مثل اي منصة كبيره فهذا سوء إدارة منهم!!!
Face ID Issue
App works well. Only issue is it seems to have a bug where if face ID is used twice quickly, the rsa code disappears and you have to wait a few seconds to trigger face id again to view it.
Example: face id to log into phone, then face id for rsa, triggers code to disappear if done quickly.

Critical Face ID Bug – Needs Immediate Fix
Please urgently fix the ongoing Face ID bug. The app does not allow Face ID to be enabled natively, and the only way to activate it is through iOS settings under Face ID & Passcode → Other Apps. Even when enabled this way, the app has a persistent bug: every time Face ID triggers, the token briefly appears and then disappears, taking about three seconds to reappear.
This should not be happening. It is essential to have native Face ID protection within the RSA app itself to provide an additional and critical layer of security. However, at the moment, there is no way to enable Face ID from within the app, and users are forced to rely solely on iOS system controls to secure access.
Please fix this issue or add an internal setting to enable Face ID directly within the RSA app. This is extremely important for users who depend on secure and reliable authentication. I have submitted this feedback multiple times, but it seems to be consistently ignored. I strongly urge you to address this problem as soon as possible.

Doesn’t even have a dark mode app icon. 5 minutes of work is too much.
Face ID Issue
Fix the issue with Face ID. When it’s used the token disappears and you have to go out of the screen and back in just to get it to come back.
