Apple Watch Support???
It’s 2022, when will we have the simplest of features, like support for an Apple Watch?
QR is broken
You need to fix the qr issue. Without qr I am left with a url link that does not work

RSA has been great. Having it as a watch app would make it even better

I hate being tethered to my phone, especially when I am in a location where phones are not permitted. This is where a Watch app would be ideal.
Also, I do not have multiple IDs nor do most normal people. We should be able to use the default ID rather than typing it in each and every time.
Lastly, Microsoft authenticator directly authorizes the application immediately, And over the Internet. Copying eight digit codes seems like a unnecessary opportunity for error.

Forced to use this for work. Please do a competitive analysis of okta’s app
This app forces too many screen presses and annoyances compared to competing applications. Okta app has it right. Rsa why does clicking on the code then bring up a context menu with just one option. Just copy it to the clipboard, heck give me the option to auto copy to clipboard after faceid unlock.
Even better with okta when you try to log in, it pops up an authenticate / decline screen on your phone so you’re not copying codes - just approving or declining. If I have access to the code I’ve got access to the account. Don’t force me to write a 6 digit number too. The best security is the comprehensive one that doesn’t unnessarily delay you.
While these may seem small gripes, think of how many times a day people have to do that extra step, extra few seconds. It mounts up. Even a company the size of your parent company - it’s going to not be trivial how much time you can save when you aggregate it across all employees.

Garbage
What a piece of crap. Fails to authenticate anything, and only succeeds at frustrating the user. Absolutely terrible and to be avoided in favors of something more functional and respectable.
iPhone not working
Ever since I downloaded this app, I’m getting this “ cannot identify server identity “ I called Apple tech support and they said is not with them, so I called my IT department at my job and they asked to uninstall the app with I did, and still not working! This is so annoying, because my CarPlay is not working either. Help

Slow and sometimes just flat out doesn’t work.
I had to sign up for RSA because my employer requires it. I’ve used other mfa apps and RSA is by far the least responsive. Sometimes I get the notification on my watch sometimes I don’t. Today it decided that it would just stop working entirely. Notifications not popping up on my phone or watch. 8-digit code doesn’t work. Because of this I have wasted a whole hour this morning trying to login to my work computer. Fix your app please.

Unregistered me from the app randomly
I don’t know what happened, I was about to type in the numbers into my computer to log in to check my work stuff, but it decided to interrupt me and kick me out of the app and looks like I have to wait til I get on a work computer again and go to that register site and do that whole sync dance again.
But then I discovered my old physical code token works and I.T. said it doesn’t expire for a few years. So what was the point of having my managers and upper management shove this app down out throat and tell us Tokens won’t work anymore!?
You going to blame COVID for that too? Like all other companies do to explain their shortcomings and laziness.
Fix this crap! Or leave our physical tokens alone. Screw this app.

Constantly running
Prevents phone from going to sleep. Have to manually turn off in settings after each use otherwise it burns battery down.

My company just converted to RSA from another platform that had Apple Watch app. It was so convenient to not require phone in hand to authenticate.

Inconsistent connection, annoying Bluetooth
Despite disabling Bluetooth, the pop-up comes up every time, it's so annoying.

Bad user experience
We were told we had to upgrade to this new”improved” version four rsa tokens. If you have a phone with facial recognition which I don’t use, it will let you skip entering in your pin. However the new screens are in low contrast colors if ehite a day blue and the donts and icons are tent tiny with no way to magnify them. I have to use different tokens for QA and Prod testing and installation and I am befuddled how this eould ever pass a review of UX folks with any knowledge of their user base with full range of visual challenges. I would love to have some influence so I hope you actually review these reviews.

It would be nice if you could eliminate Or have a way to shut off the Bluetooth message which pops up every time I use the app.

Solid app, would like a watch version
RSA makes a good reliable app so no complaints. An Apple Watch version would be greatly appreciated though.
