Dumb I am
I paid every year the money because my pass didn’t appear. I changed home college. And still didn’t see it. So I created another wallet name and my bus pass appeared. I’ve been obliterating my account so it can appear but it never worked. Nice donation I had. I am clueless without help from either. They didn’t know why I didn’t have a bus pass. It’s been two years since I haven’t seen it. (: Today is the day!

Lacking details
It’s okay, but I wish it indicated which direction the bus is traveling. Sure we are told the bus number, but if you don’t usually ride the bus and only have a time it is possible to get on the wrong bus. Also the map is only okay demonstrating the starting point and where the bus stop is, but does a poor job indicating which side of the road you should be on. Also it makes me walk a long way to the bus stop. It would be nice to see if there was a closer stop.

app is decent but I can’t access it while walking to/waiting at a stop (due to bad internet?)Bus is usually amazing and all, but I have a major issue with how they think it’s okay to arrive to a stop early, making me completely miss it. Like either I walk to where to where I need to go in the blazing heat or have to wait at the bench for a whole hour in that dang heat without a cover on top to ATLEAST shield me from the sun.

My mom thought this was the transit app for New Orleans. It might be an old one or a scam, but either way, they accept your money for payments that DO NOT work on New Orleans buses etc. Tickets you buy on the app are not accepted on the actual transit

Been a long time but 100% banned
I’ve been using the app to pay for my rides. Which all work. Has given some stars. One time a bus driver denied earth day. And she hounded me throughout a 5 minute ride. Eventually they end up giving free rides within the app. Now it was earth day. And I thought it was the same Monday. So lost $5 without warning. It’s a good thing they now mask the device. Now the negative 2 stars. Is that that I have not received my college free bus pass. Which accounts $150 per semester. It’s became like that bipolar. Last winter, not sure when. I lost my bus pass in the app. Admission helped with sign up again but with my phone number. Sadly I had to bail out that semester. After severe depression, I managed to get a bus pass on my app for the spring semester last year! But once getting to summer, I had to pay it, but in 25cents. Thanks for the 10 rides reload. I contacted through phone but I’m 100% antisocial and best she said was to sign up for classes. I looked shocked. I was already is and that’s the last step we have. Everything is now directed at RTA not admission. I have paid the fee to have the bus pass. But it’s gone for a year. What happened is that my school graduated me. I no longer receive Amazon prime benefits. But apparently it wasn’t the degree I wanted so I continued to get a 100% completed. With 4 classes left. I’m at 90% completed. RTA removed the phone number from sign up and according to the college that was necessary for RTA to send a bus pass. I have deleted my account many time hopefully something will happen. Added my phone number through a login portal. But wasn’t an avail in the summer. Now I look panic faced because I’m over 90 units. And that’s the end of financial aid. I added classes I thought I needed but the counselor did not say anything and I repeated that one. Repeating classes must have sent me to ell! But yes. 3 $5 passes and nothing. I fear I’m not getting my bus pass due to my graduation status. If it works like Amazon report system. Or either the number isn’t used like before… other note: you need a separate account to buy regular passes. Your shared Gmail is also blocked from login in. I obliterated my account on my student email. So it has option to buy. But I’ll keep that clear.

Always late
Always late can never be on time. You are always more surprised when a ride comes on time. A bunch of drivers who don’t care if they’re on time. Like why even have a job if they don’t want to work.

How is it that when I call the number they let me know when the bus comes but when I try to look at the times the bus is supposed to come it doesn’t show at all and it sometimes logs me out too I could tell this app was left abandoned based on the lack of effort the app shows
This app is a joke please improve it because this app is such an embarrassment and hopefully the developers will fix the bugs soon

Your stupid buses don’t even come when they’re supposed to. Even when it says on the app that they’re coming, THEY DONT and you end up late. It’s the worst app in the world

Student Pass is gone?
A new semester started and suddenly the app doesn’t work. I’ve paid for my student pass with my college but it won’t show up on the app. When I try to open my wallet to purchase a separate pass, it says unable to retrieve products.
What happen to my student pass
When I was at the bus stop this morning trying to get my student pass it said it has expired like when did that happen . I had used it last month why did it expire? And now it doesn’t give me a way to reactivate the wallet it’s so frustrating to use this app with all the bugs it has

This app is broken. I keep trying to login with my college email but every single time that I do i’m stuck at the ‘create wallet’ screen. I type literally anything I can think of but it doesn’t let me through, this is the only thing preventing me from riding the bus free with the supposed free student pass I have. absolutely ridiculous.
