I was trying to book a ride within the limits of khorfakkan city, however wasn’t able to as the app is giving me a message that I am outside city limits. Careem app works in fujairah but is not allowed to work in khorfakkan, I suggest cooperation with experienced taxi apps along with government app to boost tourism in eastern region and if it would be the same apps in all eastern region not an app for each emirate

Ride Issue – Driver Marked as Arrived Before Reaching Location
We had a disappointing experience with our recent taxi ride. The driver was unfamiliar with the location and appeared to have no clear directions. Worse, the app showed that the driver had “arrived” even before they actually reached the pickup spot, which made it hard to coordinate and caused unnecessary confusion. This affected our overall experience and made the ride far less convenient than expected.
Please look into this issue and consider reviewing how arrival times and GPS tracking are handled, as well as ensuring drivers are properly briefed on navigation tools.

Compared to other applications, this app feels very basic and poorly optimized. For example, when I type a name or search for a location, it doesn’t pop up or autocomplete, making it very difficult and time‑consuming to find the pick‑up or drop‑off point. Improving the search and suggestion feature would greatly enhance the user experience.

The road planner via public transport is very bad, routes are wrong, bus info, and missing bus stops, very very bad and useless

App keeps crashing and it takes time for the driver to call and why isn’t there an option for calling the driver? No number is available and we must wait for the driver’s mercy. 🤨
Difficult to use
It is difficult to use and timings are not accurate. either it will be early or an hour and a half late.
