Simply atrocious

This hybrid application fails on so many levels. There is no effective navigation when you “Plan my trip” that essentially gives a web page for the airport as the first choice but then you can’t navigate back! An unusable application that should not be offered by a public agency. Who the heck authorized this and who was paid to pretend to create it?
