App is non-functional

Upon opening, the app repeatedly pops up a window that says “no internet connection” despite having internet. It will not allow anything to happen and just keeps popping up this window.

Chat broken

The chat feature does not work on my iPhone 13. The dispatcher sent questions but I cannot respond to them.

A nice tool to have though.
