No sound
I’m Malaysian living in Australia. I installed once and I thought my phone has a problem. Couldn’t hear anything even my volume is on a highest. Please fix this

After updating the okey channel cannot be viewed at all. Uninstalled and install still same problem. Please fix the problem. Thank you.
