So it works but

Hi, I guess I am using a third party janjua tv and it requires a key and id myStream?key=123456&id=101554 contact does not work and I’m having trouble :(

No stream key field

Please add this simple, yet essential field to make this app work. I do not like issuing 1 star ratings but I expected this to work. Thanks.

Does what it says on the tin

Brilliant app. Add your url and include stream key at the end. eg . rtmp://yourIP/live/STREAMKEY

It doesnt work

Dont waste your money.

Could not connect to my akamai entry point

No place to enter stream name or username and password

Works well but slightly clunky UI

This app works great, including with stream keys (just type them in the url directly). Once you have your RTMP server set up it only takes 30 seconds to set the app up to publish to it. The UI could be a bit more user friendly and has a couple bugs but it does the job.

Doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work. Asks for Rtmp url. But doesn’t ask for the stream key, so can’t work. No help files.

My only complaint

You cannot flip the view when live. You will be stuck in whatever view you are in once you are streaming. Can you make so that as you are streaming you can switch from front to back camera and vice versa?

Doesn't Work

You need to add a field for a streamkey for this to work properly, don't waste your $.99.

I noticed below you mentioned to someone else that you can append the streamid after the URL, this is not a full proof method for most places I want to stream to.

Secure Stream

It does not have an option to put in passwords for a secure stream with your rtmp stream.

Works OK in 720p

Works ok in 720p but not 1080p, video comes out corrupted when viewing with VLC. Would be great if you could select encoding parameters like bitrate, VBR/CBR, GOP and q parameters.

It works, after guessing

Just add the stream name within the rtmp url ie: rtmp://myserver.net/appid/streamid

Worked on AMS

Response from developer

Hello, when streaming to an RTMP server all data is contained within the url query string. There is no other place to send a stream name. You can check the documentation for your particular RTMP server to view the proper format, or email me and I can try and help you. Thanks

DOES NOT WORK WITH FACEBOOK LIVE RTMP

Reason: there is no stream key field

Response from developer

Hi, per Facebook documentation there is no need for a streamkey field, you simply put it in the url. rtmp://rtmp-api.facebook.com:80/rtmp/xyzStreamKey. If this solves your issue it would be greatly appreciated if you would revise your rating. Thanks! Please don't hesitate to contact me with more questions.
