I paid three challans totaling ₹4,700 exactly 28 days ago; however, they are still showing as 'pending' to this day. Although the maximum processing time is 10 days, 28 days have now passed, and neither have the challans been processed nor have I received a refund.

Sorry for the inconvince. Challan payment usually takes time depend upon type of challan you have. If you have some challan which settle to court then it obvious take time. Please send your vehicle number and mobile numbe to support@vahandetails.com We will guide you.

Smooth Court Challan Experience

I had a court challan that was pending and honestly I wasn't sure where to start. A friend suggested this app and it turned out to be really helpful. The process was easy to understand and I could check the status whenever I wanted. Everything got completed without much hassle and I didn't have to make repeated visits or inquiries.

Car challans

It’s been more than a month now since I paid the full amount of my both of the challans but it is still showing in progress, whereas the estimated settlement time was 10 days for 1 challan and 30 days for another. 30 days challan hasn’t been stated yet, however I have paid the full amount. Why this delay? I need to get other things done but I have to wait for these challan’s settlement first and it is delaying my other urgent work.

A scammers app

I paid challan through this app 6000 and 250 extra but even after 1 month my challan is not paid totally scam this app redirect me to legalkart website to pay challan

Broken App

This application is useless as all the api are broken, not even one module is fetching the information also this is not a official app from government or NIC, this is a individual private app which collects information from govt database via api’s

Challan Payment

I have carried out payment for pending Challan. The processing fees was more than the Challan fees and on top of it the Challan is still showing as pending. Kindly do the refund as the Challan is still pending.

Even after paying the amount the deal has not been finalised till date, I have the payment receipt

I paid the challan through this app and I have a receipt of the payment being deducted but it has not been settled till date

Paying challans

The app does not allow one to pay challans. It goes into an advertisement and moves out. Is it NOT MEANT FOR PAYING CHALLANS.

Too many adds and not good UI

This looks worst app, with out even a click opening multiple advertisements. Better serve people not to spoil app with adds

Review on RTO App

This is not user friendly. Earlier I was using a web page, where I just entered the vehicle number and get any pending challans are shown immediately.

Sorry for inconvience. Try to install new version 2.1, all the issues have been resolved. It you still face any issue then send feedback mail from RTO app > Settings > Feedback.

While searching for data ads interruption

Worst not even getting data easily ask huge questions by vehicle registration number it won’t show data about any fines it need engine number etc etc questions asking who will keep all those data in pocket or mind

Sorry for inconvience. We are no more supporting to provide vehicle information. So we have stopped that service and removed that screen. We will keep investigation if we rollback if possible.
