track your data your way.
Love how this app lets me make the tracker work for me. What I love most is my data isn't tracked by someone else. And who doesn't love opensource software!
Wow!
Seriously, this has a ton of features and gives the user so much control. This developer restores my faith in humanity.
Best and most flexible tracker
This app is the only one out of many I have tried that I can customise and track the things that I care about in the way I want to. Thanks so much for the update!
Loses data since iPhone upgrade
Iโve loved this app and it pains me to leave a bad review. Iโve been using this for several years with lots of data. Unfortunately itโs lost my data twice this week. The only thing I can figure is there is an incompatibility with iPhone 11 pro.
Awesome Tracker
Finally found a tracker I wanted after leaving Android. The app has a learning curve but after its set up the way you want, it's great. And being free is a great bonus. A must have if you want to keep track of anything. A big thank you to the developer!
Terrible!
Just like others say, it's terrible. It's like trying to figure out a cryptic code. The instruction is terrible. I think the developer himself is confused. I wasted some time trying to make this work. DELETED!
Best tracker app I seen so far
I love this app. When I first downloaded it, I thought it was good, but now that I have been using it for a month it's fantastic.
My summary: fast data entry, great reminder system, fully customisable data entry, functions and reminders, flexible graph options, excellent support from the developer, fun to use as it does what I want without the things I don't want. I like the feature to send the trackers themselves to other people without the data. Rtracker blows the other 'customisable' apps out of the water (eg track n share which is a good app but quite limited compared to rtracker see my egs below).
I like having the option to turn the graph function on or off and the cycle through each item by tapping the axis. The function feature is incredibly powerful but quite simple to use once I understood how much I could do with it.
For example, my sleep tracker calculates my sleep hours and I plot that against my goal of 9.5 hrs per night. I also have some more complex summary stats eg I plot cumulative differences from my goal (my goal is a function with a constant 9.5 with graph turned on). I like the summary stats better than plotting individual entries. Eg I have a lot to of choice variables that are symptoms of an illness. I like to count how many symptoms are in the current entry and calc an average score for the current entry (1 day in my case) and then compare those stats over many days and again just plot my chosen summary stats - all in the app without having to export to see the trends. I use the csv export to get the data into excel (quick and easy) and do some more complex plotting and variable comparison in excel but prefer to do most calculations in the app.
I can't see myself outgrowing this app as it is, but really good to see its still being improved. I highly recommend it. Interestingly, this is the first 5 star review I've ever done on an app. Apps can always be improved so I'd give it a 4.5 if I could but can't go as low as 4.

Great manual tracker
Not the prettiest girl at the prom, hence 4 not 5 stars, but a very functional and helpful manual tracker that leverages the computers in our pockets. I found this via the Quantified Self section of CoolTools and am grateful for it.
Bad. Do not buy.
I should have listened to other reviewers. I'm writing now to help others avoid the same mistake.
The concept of this app is good, but the app isn't. It is difficult to use and the instructions are cryptic. I, too, wish I could get my money back.
My suggestion to anyone who is contemplating the purchase of this app is to use a simple spreadsheet program. As for me, I'm going to delete this app and see if it improves in a future version.

Way too many bugs
I was hopeful, but this app is full of bugs. I kinda want money back.
So many bugs it's not useful
There are tons of bugs, including with the csv file exporter. It randomly skips half of the data values when exporting. This would be a great app if it worked, because there are so many options for ways to track stuff.
Good idea
Doesnโt work.App crashes if you try to add a new variable. If it worked i would love it. I was excited for it.
Setup non intuitive and rage inducing
I am really frustrated. I was excited about rtracker being customizable, but I do not at all find it intuitive, nor do I find the website's FAQ helpful. I am not particularly stupid, but I do expect a reasonable degree of usability.
I'm sure the app will be a breeze to use once it's customized, but currently I want to throw my phone through a window.
I would like to track the same values in several tracker categories. I can't find any way to do this. I would like my sleep hours/quality to show up in the mood category, for example, so I can track the effect of sleep on mood. I can't find any option to copy values.
I have tried to set up privacy, both on my own and with the instructions on your website. I still have no idea what the tic tac toe grid is for, or what the scale is for the level of privacy, or why the privacy keeps getting reset to 1 within a value.
When I'm setting up choices (likert scale) on a value I created, I can't figure out to keep the choices in the order I want. The number order keeps changing, and the titles for the categories keep disappearing. Even if I want to change the colour for one of the categories on the scale, the category or the number order changes. Some areas of the scale won't even respond when I tap on them to change them back to what I want, and eventually the colours in the colour boxes respond only once every five taps or so. I see no instructions within the app or on the website about this. I have set up the scale the way I want very laboriously through trial and error three times, and it's still showing up wrong once I stop editing.
I tried this app because I liked the look of the graphs. I already have a very customizable, very intuitive app to track all sorts of things, but the graphs are not up to scratch. I have to say I was very disappointed in this app and wish I could take back the hours I struggled to understand it.

Pretty cool app!
I really like being able to build my own database for whatever I want to keep track of. I'm also looking forward to importing data I've been tracking on an app that is no longer supported.
The fact that I can hide certain trackers is also an awesome feature though learning how to set the security up took a few tries. Read the help section first and you'll save much time. I've only had tis app for a few days and have more to discover, but so far it's really good.

App lags
Added my own category to track and the app stopped working. I can see the categories but not access them to track, nor add anymore or even access help. :(
Promising but frustrating
This is a potentially extremely useful app. The ability to track and chart items is extremely useful. I have been able to muddle through the set up and put something in place where I wish to track a number of different variables on a frequent basis. I have not been able to find a competing product. However, the instructions are pretty poor. The privacy settings are completely not understandable and perhaps unnecessary. It's cannot be synced to the cloud between iPhone and iPad. I have not yet tried to see if it can be sent through my Mac. Does not appear to display or function as well on the iPad as iPhone.
Could be so much more.

Reliable and flexible
I've been using for about 6 months now and love it! Extremely flexible and customizable. I use to track sleep, mood, behaviors, etc. Highly recommended for quantifying your life.
Awesome App!
I'm stuck in a hospital bed and was looking for an app to help me track some things that is going on with me. This app is awesome! It helps me track Fluid intake and output, meds, vitals and even creates a graph for visual display of data collected. Really slick GUI interface that makes data entry A breeze and I really like what you did with the FUNCTION option that allows me to create my own formulas without the hassle of typing a spreadsheet formula, very intuitive. My doctors and nurses are really impressed by the data tracked and the graphs. Made it easy to see what is gong on over time. At 99 cents, this app is a steal. Thanks a lot. I will definitely be using this for other things to track when I get out of the hospital. Great job!

Great, flexible app
If you're looking to keep track of some aspect of your life, this is the app you're looking for.
I was looking for an app that would allow me to track my mood and energy levels, as well as variables that might affect them. This app does the job really well. It's supremely flexible, allowing you to track a wide variety of variables of different types and access the data easily, both on the phone, and via download for more systematic analysis.

Just okay
This is one of the best trackers I've found, but it needs a tutorial as well as a better interface. It's quick for recording things, but it does crash. It's also not easy to add old entries. Right now it's meeting my needs, but I'm keeping my eyes open for a better app. I hope they just improve this one so I can stay with it.
