RTSP & RTMP Cam - OctoStream

This is a big one - say hello to OctoStream 1.3. GO LIVE WITH RTMP Your iPhone isn't just an RTSP camera anymore. Stream to YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live, or any custom RTMP server. Paste your URL and stream key, frame your shot in standby, and tap Go Live when you're ready. SOUND ON Microphone audio with AAC encoding, for both RTMP broadcasts and RTSP streams. Want video only? One toggle. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Lock your stream to portrait or landscape - no more mid-stream flips • Rebuilt camera capture: faster startup, more reliable, and fixes a crash on the latest iOS versions • Encoder tuning for smoother, lower-latency streams • Clearer error messages, and the app now recovers itself instead of needing a restart New name, same app: we're now just "OctoStream" on your home screen. Everything you use for RTSP still works exactly as before - no account, no cloud, everything on your network. Something broken? Need a feature? contact@octostream.com - we actually read these.
