Useless

After numerous missed trash pick ups in the past few months and no response from rubicon, we uploaded this app to see if we could get any action on the issues. First of all, their email that was sent out regarding the updated app did not give the same name for the app as the actual app name on iPhone. Secondly, after logging yet another missed pick up…The request remains open with no resolve; therefore,I have found no useful purpose for this app.
