There’s bonus money they give you when you buy into it. Fair and square you can cash out your real money when you win. But if you cash out when you still have bonus money it zeros out.

Even when you win….you don’t

This casino should be banned for stealing people’s money. The offer of matching your deposits locks all the money you deposit into the casino and the only option you have is to keep playing to try and meet their impossible “playthrough amount”requirements in order to withdraw any money whatsoever. At first you win a decent amount, but can’t withdraw anything… (not even 1¢ of your own money that you deposited) then the winning falls off really hard and you do nothing but lose until your money is all gone. I deposited $500 and in order to be able to withdraw even one cent of my own money, they set a playthrough limit of just short of $18,000. Basically, if you deposit money into this casino, you can consider it gone. May as well play in the “free to play” casinos and save yourself the financial loss. I’ll be talking to a lawyer, as this should be a class action lawsuit.

SCAM

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal for the last week and every time I call the support number which was next to impossible to find in the first place, I get told a different reason why my account isn’t updated enough to get paid out. I jump through 100 different hoops each day only to learn the next day that there is another one and then get told their payments department is gone for the day and I will have to wait til then next day. It is now Friday and their payments department is closed for the weekend because they work on opposite times than Canada time. Apparently now I have to wait until monday. They owe me 25000 dollars and I doubt I will see it. Don’t waste your money.

You gotta wait days sometimes weeks to get your withdrawal money.

Not a lot of winning for the money I’ve spent. And having to wait sometimes days when you want to withdraw is insane. Party casino pays within 8 hours. Spin, jackpot and ruby make you wait till MONDAY if you withdrawal after Thursday! Insane.

Garbage

I just downloaded this app. My money was taken quickly , of course but twice now when the app is supposed to return to the home page it comes up with a white screen with no way back so I have to restart my phone every time. I didn’t even get a chance to play for the first 20 minutes I was in this app. Not worth the frustration.

Scam!

This is a sad excuse for a Online Casino. It ALWAYS kicks me out of games anytime I get on a decent run. Most of the games have no way of returning to Home Screen. App takes like 3-5 min to load sometimes. The Spin to win wheel just constantly gives time deductions till it eventually lands on the joker.
