Transferring my virtual card from old app. Download new App but country code not functioning, cannot log in. Ruby Tuesday staff asked me to call Hotline. Hotline is suspended. Not a good customer experience!!! :((

Existing member can’t log in but forced to create a new membership
Old app can’t be used. Then I download a new app. However, existing member can’t log in but forced to create a new membership. I don’t think it’s tested before launched. Need to improve.
