The map of level 23 is misaligned, i can't figure out the path.. The yellow bag in the lower right corner of level 22 can't be taken at all, and it is too close to the acid water surface.

Hey there! In the next update we'll move the bag somewhere more accessible. There will be video guides on how to collect all the items at some point, but for now that'll remain part of the challenge and mystery ;-)
