Every dish bursts with flavor, and the richness of the spices is perfectly balanced.
The chicken tikka masala was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of spices—mildly sweet with a gentle heat that didn't overwhelm. The chicken pieces were tender, and the sauce had a wonderful depth of flavor. The garlic naan was soft and pillowy, with the perfect amount of garlic, while the biryani was fragrant, with a good mix of spices and vegetables. It wasn't overly greasy, and the rice was fluffy, though I would have liked a bit more heat in the biryani.
