Perfect portable solution
Looking for an even more portable alternative to the Steinberg German Harpsichord on my Mac I found this app and jumped right in. I am running it with a 61 keys MIDI keyboard and my iPhone 15. The sound options leave nothing to be desired, it is very easy to use and the different tunings are the icing on the cake. An instant favorite.

Inhave always loved the sound of the harpsichord So when I found this app I got it. There are two major problems that I noticed. 1. It is not voiceover friendly. I am totally blind and need to use voiceover. All of the buttons are not labeled so I have to just try each one to see what it does. I also suspect that there are more controls that voiceover doesn't even know is there. 2. as far as I can tell there is no way for me to use this app as a plugin in Garage Band.

It would be if great if there were a couple more tweakables to e.g. map pedal functions, etc.
Or a layout with bigger buttons for the registers.

Beautiful harpsichord
Very elegant and beautiful sounding harpsichord, well worth the money. Clean sampling, great instrument selection. Ideally use this with a physical MIDI keyboard. I could imagine it having a nicer UI, but the only thing that really matters is the sound and options.
(Important tip: By default it will keep processing sound in the background, draining your battery completely if you don’t force-quit it. However if you go to Settings > Ruckers 1628, you can turn off background audio.)

I like this harpsichord app
I was in a mood to spend some momey and I took a chance on this app and I like it. No regrets. I'm using an iPod Touch 6 with IOS8.4 (also external keyboard) and the first thing to say is that it seems stable. No crashes so far. No in app purchases! Thank you. So I can delete it to save space when I want and re-install from my computer as I wish. I like the sound, though I'm not an expert.

Looks beautiful and sounds better
This has stealthily become one of my favorite tools, particularly adding a really sharp and distinctive attack blended with more obviously modern synths like Animoog. Because the sound is unusual, it doesn't sound ancient like a church pipe organ or even an electric piano. Really unexpected.
Nice Harpsichord
In addition to traditional harpsichord music, this app can be incorporated into other music as well. The sound quality is excellent, midi, IAA, and Audiobus are great. The developer has a long history of supporting his apps too.

Beautiful Sounding Instrument
I'm now the owner of a unique baroque instrument. Would be 5 stars if it was capable of advertising itself as a Bluetooth Le Midi instrument so I can trigger it wirelessly from my Mac-connected keyboard
