About

RuckusTime is the simplest way to host a game night with friends. Open the app. Tap "Start a game night." Share the join link in your group chat. Your friends tap the link, type a name, and they're in — no account needed for guests. GAMES INCLUDED (free): • Mangle — a chain of phrases and quick sketches that mutate around the table, telephone-style. Every round ends with a hilarious reveal. • Two Truths and a Lie — write three statements about yourself, the table votes on which one is the fib. Points for fooling people, points for spotting lies. More games are on the way. Once you own Ruckus Host, you're set up to host every game we add — guests always play for free. DESIGNED FOR PHONES IN ONE ROOM RuckusTime is built mobile-first. When everyone's on the same Wi-Fi, the app routes traffic directly between phones for snappy play. If someone joins from across town, we transparently fall back to a cloud relay so nobody gets left out. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO PLAY Guests jump in with a single tap from the share link. Only the host needs an account, so your friends never have to sign up to join your game night. PRIVACY-FIRST No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling your data. Game state is ephemeral and discarded shortly after rooms close. We collect the minimum we need to run the app and process purchases. WHAT'S RUCKUS HOST? Ruckus Host is a one-time $4.99 unlock that gives you hosting privileges across RuckusTime. Buy it once and host as many game nights as you want, with any combination of games we add over time. Guests at your game nights never pay anything. If you have questions, email support@ruckustime.com — we read every message.

What's New in RuckusTime

1.1.12

June 10, 2026

Two end-of-game polish fixes for Battleship. Battleship • Bug fixes and performance improvements • Game flow and robustness in varying connection states • Replay dialog: the Pause / Replay-again button no longer overlaps the hex grid. The full game playback is now visible end-to-end without the controls strip blocking the lower rows. • EndScreen wreck map: the board no longer bleeds down into the RuckusCoins panel. Wreck map renders at its full natural height with the wallet and scorecard cleanly stacked below. Both fixes were targeted at the iPhone safe-area boundary — notched phones in particular saw the worst overlap.
