Decent with good potential

Fun to play but i would really enjoy if there was an academy aspect and if players improved as time went on - especially younger ones - so it’s worthwhile keeping young players on the squad. Also a way to put players out on loan to clubs in the lower divisions so they can improve would be amazing! At the moment theres seems to a problem where backs not in your clubs have stats for rucking, lineout, mauling and scrummaging rather than kicking, technique, creativity and passing on the transfer market. Also the ratings seem pretty basic - players are given 6 for a win and the only thing affecting the ratings is tries and conversions. I know this is unlikely but if stats such as tackles, turnovers won, assists etc were available and influenced ratings that would be amazing

Needs improvement

Great idea, love football manager but mainly follow rugby so was delighted to find this game. Definitely has some work ons though, mainly the tactics and match engine. Rugby has so many nuances and it seems a pity to have key aspects like defence and attack reduced to two options you can pick, and player roles would be a great addition too, with so much variety in the way all positions can be played. A small pet peeve but the limitations on your bench was annoying as i would have loved to try a 6-2 split. While these sorts of changes would make it a much more tactical game the actually in match game engine seems fairly primitive and not particularly realistic which is a pity.

Continually crashes

Paid money for this and it just crashes after every game and I have to restart. I would like a refund of all money paid. This is unplayable. Dev asked me to email for refund and I sent two emails but no response. I’d do less than one star if possible. AVOID!

Good - but fundamental errors make it unplayable

Been having fun with the game, however, I only have one scrum half, which means I can’t proceed with anything in the game. I have multiple offers out for scrum halves but due to needing two to play a game, I can’t do anything. I am stuck and can’t proceed with anything in the game. Please fix so you can play with only one no.9. Update: if you don’t have 2 no.9’s you can’t play the game. As per the developer’s response

Hi, thanks for your message. Yes having a full set of specialist positions is really important, Scrum Halves, Hookers and Props most importantly. No team enters a game day without two scrum halves. We are looking at a loan feature for people who do over sell specialist positions but that wont be for a couple of months. Thanks for your support

Money money money! Do not buy!

Great idea. Has lots of detail with ratings and official licensing. However it’s massively let down by having to buy EVERYTHING in order to play the game. The fact you have to buy individual backs play moves is absolutely insane. If you don’t buy any, then it means your team has no play moves and basically you can’t win. This game is just play to win and it’s such a shame. Had so much potential but this is just pure greed from the developers. Uninstalled!!!

Hello, the game does feature inapp purchases but the gameplay moves only assist with a more detailed in-play enjoyment, the logic of winning comes from your teams ability and pre-game strategy. We are continuing to develop and it is only season 2 of this journey. Other games have been in existance for 10+ years. Thanks

Big bug after each game

Once the game ended, once Full Day Results button pressed, to see other game results, a black screen appears. Must switch off the mobile device each time, to restart the appli and launch the next game…Free at the beginning but must pay to get additional tactics and a game without adverts.

Every player that will be trained is named George Ford.

During some games, in the opponent team, when tries are marked, most of time no player name appears.

Takes money but doesn’t provide quality

I bought this game on the back of the previous one, hoping the programmers would have better understanding and upgrades!

Half way through a season and if I send a player to training it says the same players name that doesn’t play for my team,

If I play a full match I cannot carry on playing unless I leave the app and rejoin it,

Sometimes after scoring a try my team kicks off not receives!

Paid for the upgrade to the full game and all the play moves and half of them don’t work!

I am really disappointed by this game and financially exhausted by it and I have even emailed and had no response to that too?

Cmon guys expect better

Good idea, poor execution

Initially a promising manager game - real teams and fixtures, right sort of budget and a realistic focus on keeping squad fit and happy. Breaks down after two seasons, with bugs meaning transfer window doesn’t open, no new young players come through and scouting doesn’t cover your own country. Squad just gets older. Then the budget breaks - another bug means you have costs but no revenues. Played a cup final and another big meant it just kept going and going and going past the 80mins, forcing a restart. One season can be done in 30mins, so you are paying a lot with all the add in packs for a game that breaks down after two seasons. Shame really, it could have been great….

Transfer window permanently closed

After 2-3 seasons the transfer window permanently closes and You cant make transfers. I’ve paid for the full game and now not able to keep playing with one team. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FULL GAME! Not worth it unless they fix this big. Just did the update too.

Extrêmement déçu

C’est en tant que grand consommateur de rugby que j’ai découvert le jeu et j’y ai tout de suite adhérer.
Cela ne m’a pas dérangé de l’acheter pour avoir accès au contenu additionnel. Cependant, quelle déception de voir l’impossibilité d’avoir accès à toutes les techniques de jeux, un système de game plan plus fourni et d’autres stratégies de jeux.
Même avec les meilleurs joueurs, il faut continuer de payer pour avoir accès à tout le catalogue, c’est bien dommage alors que le jeu est bon

Finally a good rugby game

Every time I send a player for training it tells me I’ve sent George Ford (not in my squad) for running training (not the training I chose). I’m managing Harlequins, and when selling players it tells me I’ve received an offer from Harlequins. When buying players, I’ve made an offer to Harlequins.

Bon jeux, dommage quelques quiproquos au niveau des transferts, les pubs aussi il y en a beaucoup trop c’est insupportable tu ne peux pas passer 3 semaine sans qu’il y est une pub , généralement au bout de 2 semaine il y en a une c vraiment dommage et désagréable
