Trash app
This whole app and the other explorer app is terrible if I could give it no stars I would. Massive step backwards from the old rugby nz app. New Zealand rugby needs an app for all not one that works for a few
Does not work
Can’t even score a game because it only shows “currently not available”
Please review and fix
Every weekend I have to delete and re download the app to be able to score the game. Please fix this
Rugby match day
Rubbish I can’t submit a team because it doesn’t show team manager or coach. And the admin can’t sort it out.

A true reflection of how invested the air in grassroots rugby.

App always needs to be closed and reset if left idle. Very painful on game day when submitting scores
Some good bones basic and glitchy
The app is a requirement for many community volunteers who donate their time and considering the comments in the community and in the App Store it does require work. Bugs need to be ironed out and some of the suggestions here implemented. Things like Face ID, adding the now option for injury and subs, filtering lists to remove positions already allocated, ability to change positions for added players and using full screen lists rather than small windows when popping up lists of players to choose from. I would be interested how this app would go against current accessibility standards. So good bones but considering you expect volunteers to donate their time to use it please make it much better and reliable.

Still keeps crashing - so frustrating
Same issue as other review. Pain in the a**!
Now twice could not load data like rosters or schedules and had to reinstall. Garbage app that USA rugby needs to ditch. Just find a developer of one of the many smooth running team platforms!

Have to delete and reinstall the app after every use, this app is absolutely useless.

Can’t see matches for the team I’m an an admin for. Just a useless app.
The idea of the App is good but that’s it.
Considering the app is a requirement of Rugby Australia. They need to address issues on game day when in areas of low data. This issue resulted in the team photos not loading and the game being put in dispute by junior rugby officials. Who then declared our team forfeit. This App is killing community Rugby.

not working - bug
app bugged three times with a pop up screen that quits before fully loading and reopens again before im able to view the matchday app. happens simultaneously and im now trying a fourth and final time😂 good thing im not epileptic
Broken after recent update
Required to be used by USA Rugby but the app doesn’t even work.
White screen issues
I get a white screen when trying to open the app after using and have to delete and reinstall the app. Very frustrating especially now our union is requiring rosters and scoring through the app. Is there a customer support line for this?

Quite possibly the worst app known to man kind. Why do I need to delete and reinstall every time I need to update anything for my team?

Freezes and needs to be deleted and re installed all the time. Very unhelpful mid match

Hey Rugby Australia, look I love that you have endeavoured to make this app innovative and its good in some ways but it could be better. It would be nice that at player movements and at reporting scoring that you had a “now” button that would enter the current time instead of having to actively have to enter the current time instead of having to type it freehand every time.

I downloaded the app to find I have to sign in. Fair enough.
But there is nowhere to sign up on the app. You must already have a password etc on page one. Stupid!!!
And that is why Rugby Australia is hopeless.
