Latest update doesn’t work on iPhone

Used to be able to read on iPhone but latest update has no sign in option. Have repeatedly emailed magazines direct with screenshots but their only to solution is to reset password. Pointless solution when I have nothing to sign into! Been a subscriber for over 5 years but now cancelled!

Mrs Rugby

Love this magazine, goes into far more depth and detail than the newspapers.

Great mag app

Fantastic App. Saves so much space and weight when traveling

Great

The ideal way for me to have a copy of rugby world. When I'm not in the UK

Poor library

Often the new issue will not appear for several days after release. Usually I have to delete and reload the app. Probably better to go and get an old fashioned paper copy!

Great app

It's simple and effective and I'm finding it much more convenient to read RW on an iPad. Good on iPhone too.

Rugby World

Must read for every rugby fan. I never miss an issue! Its my treat every month. top app!

I love Rugby World!

Great app! Only place to have interviews with all the top players & rugby debates. Looks good too!

Good, but needs more

I am a subscriber to the print version, and have just registered for the digital version as well. It is great! However, it would be better if video content was added. At the moment it is just a digital version of the printed magazine.

Rugby World

Great to see Rugby World on an iPad. Pictures look superb and plenty of well-written pieces.

Great magazine

A lot of other publications haven't been done well when transformed to a digital version. These guys however have nailed it!

The rugby enthusiast's must have app

Great read, informative & works well on the iPad.

Needs to be more interactive

Good for reading the mag but not a lot cheaper than the hard copy. Would like to see more video and web links for 5 star.

Mr McGall

Very much like this app as I have been reading the mag for many years now and love its accessibility on tablet. Could do with easier reading options on the text but other than that tip top.

Clear and Concise

Luv this app and the magazine easy to use and good interactive material.

Rugby World

I have been unimpressed with the app. As below, the text isn't sharp when expanded and it just isn't or matted at all for the iPad. You end up basically just reading like the magazine, photos split in half etc. I'd rather just get a hard copy which is what I'll be reverting to when my subscription is up.
The subscription has also been very problematic- having to continuously re-log into iTunes to restore my subscription. When I go offline, the main reason I took out the subscription was to read whilst travelling, it keeps dropping all downloaded copies requiring another reset. Even getting a year's subscription in the first place was hard enough.

Not sharp

Disappointingly the text is not sharp enough when you expand the size to read the smaller print and photos. It looks as if the pages are just a low-pixel copy of the print, rather than sharply defined. This makes it difficult to read.

Illogical trial subscription

Took out a 1 year subscription but the app insisted on this starting after a trial period of one month meaning the paid subscription doesn't start until 28th Feb 13. However, the March issue is available early Feb and isn't covered by the 'free' trial and not covered by the aid subscription because it isn't yet active! This means I have to buy a single copy! Not good!

Enjoyed

As a long time player (now retired) I have read the magazine for a long time and always enjoyed it in paper form, in fact preferred it that way. However as a substitute when the paper copy is unavailable it is a more than adequate substitute.

Well done RW!!!

Great to see Rugby World in newsstand. So handy for travelling. Hope to see some more interactive elements in the future but as added value for subscribers you can't ask for much more!
