Works great and very compatible
iPhone 13 not compatible
Bought this train to take video of my forestry mulching company. I have an iPhone 13 fully updated. This app will not connect to the drone. I’ve given it a full access to my phone and Internet and network everything they requested. It will not drone. I’ve tried it on my son and mine.
Great drone, app is questionable…
The drone itself is awesome, it captures great video, and I can fly it almost anytime! However, the app was very confusing, as it kept telling you to connect to the Wi-Fi, as I was. I assumed that the drone was faulty, and had reached out to customer service. I figured out by looking at other reviews that all you have to do is go into app settings, in settings, and turn off cell service. It worked fine for me as soon as I did that. PLEASE, don’t waste your time trying to figure out how to connect to the app, just turn off cell service.

Non functioning app
App does not work with iOS as stated. App will not connect to iPhone or iPad on iOS18. Drone does fly and does return to home but no video makes it useless.
Not working
I been trying to set my drone f11pro with this app and isn’t allowing me to do it. I can’t get video transmission so I did called support and they tell to download another app which doesn’t work either 👎🏼

Not for iPhones
Not I phone friendly after newest updates camera will not be compatible
Can’t connect to any phone!
Tried unsuccessfully to pair the F11 drone using both an Android phone, as well as an iPad. Had the F11 for a year and still have yet to take a flight!
A waste of money
I bought this drone for my son. He was able to use it one time. This drone is not compatible with iPhones. However, when I purchased it, it pacifically stated that it was compatible with iPhones. He was able to use it one time and after an iPhone update, it was no longer available. Do not purchase if you have an iPhone. Very disappointed in this company and false advertising.

I’m looking forward to a good experience and hopefully I will experience that day with his new drone
Disappointing.
The drone doesn’t work and there are a lot of typos in the manual and the fact it says how the scratches come from product testing is concerning considering that it should be tested to fly up, down, left, right, and do normal commands from the remote. I have tried a number of things to try to make sure it can fly but cannot successfully work.

Design mistakes
The whole drone package meets expectations for the budget price. It”s ok.
What they don’t tell you is that the “Control” button doesn’t go straight to drone Flight Controls - the button opens video tutorials. The only other buttons are “Learn To Fly” which opens YouTube videos, and “Guide” which opens online manuals.
You have to watch the video tutorials for a few minutes before the Control screen loads. Then the drone camera view shows on the phone. There’s a “don’t show this again” option after the videos have played.

Connection issue
Can not get my Iphone 14 max pro to connect to drone and app

This is just a very poorly designed drone. The set up takes longer than the battery last and I can’t even get my drone to work anymore because even when it is all connected, the app still doesn’t change and I am just stuck on the home screen.
Must have cellular data off to connect
Could not get drone app to connect despite wifi connection. Another reviewer got it to work by turning cellular data off. This worked for me as well.

This runs off of wifi so you lose signal when you go past 30 feet away this is horrible return the drone for your money back right away.
