The pay to progress is so comically overpriced, and not remotely rewarding. The absolute wall you hit from level 60 onwards.
And dont get me started on the scam that is the Pub for recruiting heroes. Like how many times am I having 2 “new” not unlocked heroes and a grey one appear.

I really like the game, I watch a lot of ads and tell everyone about you. I’m trying to figure out how to solve two problems (maybe bugs). There are three blue elements on Rumble Island, I placed them into the altar one by one and they reset, the altar didn’t activate, and the elements haven’t respawned for over a month. What should I do? The second problem is the 12th character slot. I can’t unlock it. I’ve unlocked everything else, there’s no information anywhere about the 12th slot… what should I do? The game is good, I don’t want to quit.

This game tries harder than others in some ways to hide the fact that it's another shadow game designed around IAPs, rather than the focus being on a good gaming experience, but it remains the case. By the second day, you will realize how everything is meant to be unreasonably grindy with no real progress made unless you spend hours and hours each day with your phone open (or pay $ to advance weeks or months ahead).
