Lots of ads
The gameplay is great, but the ordeal of dispatching ads is painful. Streams of persistent ads flood every interval between games. Closing the ads requires multiple clicks all over the screen and waiting for timers to expire. To make matters worse, rejected ads reappear regularly.
The free practice game is quite good, but the ads are painful. I would pay $5 for an ad-free practice version.

Ads won’t close so you never get the coins
I mean I’ve had this ad up for 3 min almost and no way other than to force close app. Please help
People don’t play!
I love playing this and play the 15 second per turn which seems to have stopped someone placing 25 tiles in one go! However, I’ve noticed that there are ‘players’ who might put the odd thing down but otherwise pass all their turns. Sometimes there are two doing this so just two people actively playing then the tiles run out. Extremely frustrating.

Hoarders drive me mad
A lot of people do not play this game fairly . They do not play any runs until they put about 50 counters down all at once … it is very frustrating for people who want to play the game skilfully . It is due to this that I have deleted the game even though I have had it for years . The game manufacturers needs to think of some way to stop people simply hoarding counters and ruining the ethos of the game

Need to Pay to Play
The game is seemingly free, but I'm repeatedly unable to draw tiles to add up to 30 for my first move, and I keep running out of coins, which means I need to pay money to play. Awful app. Find an alternative instead of downloading this one.

In what world is it enjoyable to spend 8 minutes to get one turn to play then have an opponent win? In 12 years of real world play I have only seen this happen twice. That’s how many times it has happened in the last 7 days.

Problems need to be addressed
This is a fun game that keeps you on your toes. Once the game is over the ads show up and there is no getting rid of them. There is virtually no way to continue the game. The game also freezes when it loading. I love this game but the problems make it miserable. I don’t mind an ad but when you can’t get rid of it, there’s a problem.

Deceiving ads, waste of time
This app forces you to watch ads you can’t exit from - I’ve just clicked over a dozen times to try and exit an ad and it just goes round and round. Daily you allow also how forced to watch 180 seconds, yes THREE MINUTES, of ads just to play a game.
Bots rule the game
So frustrating playing against robots, you don’t have a chance.

You have to go through lots of commercials before they let you play each game. Not a fun app.
Good but could be better
First of all, anyone complaining about the ads: turn off data or install an ad-blocking vpn prior to playing, and you will not get ads. Even then, ads got nothing to do with the game process. Second, this game is awesome exactly because despite having your game greatly affected by chance there's still room for strategy, accumulating chips and waiting for the best moment to move is one of the strategies as well as hoarding the joker until the last moment, so learn how to do it instead of complaining. Third, the pace is great once you've mastered basic strategies and is actually too slow for advanced players. I could use a "skip" button in training mode to avoid waiting forever for the computers to move, especially if they're playing the endgame. Developers, please add the optional "skip" button.

Disappointing
The classic board game is very fun. Unfortunately, this version has a lot of bugs. The most annoying of which is sometimes you win the game and the app for some reason takes your win away and customer service has no interest in getting to the bottom of the issue.
