Office hours are amazing
Learning all the ins and outs of new tech is daunting but with daily office hours and great hosts it really makes everything run seamlessly! Thanks RTW
Connection issues
(iPhone 6S+ ios 14.4)
I watched a comedy show on this app. Twice it logged me out; I was unable to send comments or any of their emojies—clap, haha, and some light bulb thing. Dunno what that is.
The first time, I left the stream, only to have to log back in. Did so then joined; lots of spinning. Left again, closed the app, and logged in again, and it started the stream. About 20 minutes later, my comments & emojis were inactive again. Afraid if I left the app would shut me out again, I finished the show. Twice it showed “unstable connection” warning advising me to change my service. Oh of course I keep a spare ISP around just in case... not!🙄
To be clear, my stream did not lag or buffer like a lot of other viewers complained was happening to them. But half the show I was not a full participant. I’ll think a couple times before I buy a show that’ll stream on this app.
If you’re a performer, you ought to specify in your contract how much bandwidth Run the World will dedicate to your show. Sayin’.

Mark Mann & David Kassan collaboration
Unfortunately I signed in late to the event but saw David’s Procreate drawing and heard Mark and David’s discussion. Those parts were great. I was very happy that the event was being recorded and we were told we would be able to watch the recording within a couple of days. David Kassan’s part has been posted but Mark Mann’s has not. Please post Mark’s portion so that I will have a chance to hear him and learn what he spoke of. I think the concept of collaborating on presentations by experts in different fields is wonderful. 5 stars if Mark’s portion is posted but as great as David’s portion is I want to view both artists for a collaborative event.

iPad App?
They really need to develop an iPadOS and/or a macOS app for this tech.

I attended several conferences already, and all of their speakers are so dope! Literally industry role models, every single one of them. Every event’s like an all star party. They give you the recording afterwards and I have watched it over and over. So rewarding.
