Fun and easy to learn

first levels help you learn quickly

Great puzzle game

Lots of attention de details, nice and smooth experience. And great puzzling

Fun and Interesting

I like the design and it’s semi-challenging. I’d play it again.

Love puzzles?? This one is a classic

Clean. Elegant. Confounding. Addictive. Play it!

So so

This game is not a bad puzzler, but it could do with some further evolution of the mechanic. If anything it gets easier as you progress. Also, far too few levels, only 50.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

I don’t appreciate Ads in a paid game. Shame on you!

Response from developer

There no ads in game. I don't get this disrespect by less than handful people about a game clearly appreciated by all others. I get the critiques, but here I see none. Just remember that behind a teensy 1.99$ game there're months and months of work.

Response from developer

I like it!

Enjoyable and sufficiently challenging :)

Good while it lasts, but it doesn’t.

Solid game with a solid premise and some great puzzles, but it feels like it ends way too quickly. For $1.99 I expected a game at least one-and-a-half, maybe two, times as long.

Response from developer

Hi, the game will get updates with new levels. You can subscribe to the beta to try them first. Making a game is somehow a iterative process, stuff gets added in steps. Hope you understand, and will came back to play the new content. Thanks for your support.

Too many nags

This game effectively requires me to rate it. So I did.

Response from developer

Hi, I wonder how this review can help to make the game better. Because, as you can imagine, I actively work and talk to players to improve it. When a game is out, is not set in stone, it can be (and will be) reworded a lot. With your vote, you just shattered the game with no appeal and, above all, without talking about the game itself. You had fun? You found the right challenge? The difficulty is balanced? It make you think is different ways? Something about that had helped me and other players to have a more truthful opinion about the game. In this way, I can do nothing. If you do believe that communication can sort all things out, just reconsider your vote, because it deeply impacted the chance to put more work on it. You can contact me games@nonostante.io, and I will address any feedback.

Ads and constant rating nags

Fun game, but they should cut the nag rate by half at least. When did paid apps start showing ads?

It's also incredibly short. 40 puzzles including the training. Finally, the preview pictures are inaccurate. For example, puzzle a7 is nothing like the picture.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for playing RUNA. How a game you find fun and you played til the end deserves 1 star. All your concerns (I see don't relate directly to how the game play) can easily addressed. With just communication. For example, the screenshot is different, because the level was reworked to make it harder (and many others were, as you players suggested me). For the number of levels, as all games get updates, RUNA will get an update with new content, and this is clearly stated in the game. I'm really open to any kind of comment and advice. Maybe for you to give 1 star is nothing more than pushing a button, but on my side, it's a fatal hit on my game and the possibility to develop it further. I'd like you to reconsider the rating in this perspective, after all, you had fun and that isn't reflected in your vote. If you'd like to play the "next things" just subscribe to the beta. Contact me games@nonostante.io for anything.

Super fun!

One of my favorite puzzle games!

nice

wish the puzzles werent as obvious but other than that fun idea. needs more levels tho

Response from developer

Thanks for playing! An update is working in progress: new levels, a new special tile and hard challenges. I really appreciated your review and thanks for your support!

Good game too short

For a 2 usd game is incredibly short... good concept though

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for playing RUNA. I guest you already completed the game, I really hope you enjoyed. That is my main goal. Anyway, an update with new levels is working in progress. I always update the game content (for free) you can fact-check with my other games. You can subscribe to the beta to get it first. Again, thanks for your support.

RUNA

Good game. I like the challenge. I think there is harder puzzles that can be come up with to add higher levels. Bigger as well with more jumps and movement. Can not wait to see.

Неплохая головоломка

Мне понравилось

Clever puzzle game, but annoying ads

I enjoy the challenge of these puzzles. However, after completing about every fifth game, a dialogue comes up urging me to try a different game, or beta test, or something else. These are annoying, especially since I paid for the game. Fair enough if this were a free game, but it wasn’t free, I paid for it. Feels like a bait-and-switch to pay for a game that then advertises to me.

UPDATE: Thanks for the swift reply! I do enjoy the game and the quality of the puzzles, which really make one think about how each solution is achieved. I realize 2 stars does not reflect that, so I’ve added a star. The ads I mentioned happened again, right after completing game 7 in level 3. A dialogue asked me if I wanted to also try a game called KLAC.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for playing RUNA. Hi, I show my other games just at very end, when you almost completed the game, and they aren't intrusive and are blended with the game. I'd like to know what you think about the game? Did you enjoy RUNA and its puzzles? 2 stars rating seems fair? Let me know, so I can improve and make it better. What would you like to change? I'm just a solo developer, I listen with care to my players.

Maybe skip. Can be short.

Finished in roughly 90 minutes. No fan fair after I did, too. Even closed the app and reopened just to make sure there wasn’t anything I missed.

The puzzle mechanic straddles between clever and outright confusing.

Didn’t care much for how every few levels it would stop to ask if you’d like to try another one of their games. Stop showing me this. It really takes you out of the flow.

Edit: Suppose my score before was too harsh but I don’t think even if I had left it that it ‘destroyed’ your rating. Looks like you are doing just fine. I could go into more detail about how switching puzzle pieces felt clunky or that often it felt like I lucked into the solution to justify the rating. On positive, it looks well polished and has a style to it. It’s near flawless with its mechanics, only encountering a single bug in the later levels. The game crashed when the platform flipped, but the puzzle completed after I came back from restarting the app.

Update#2: Thanks again. This is what I call constructive communication. I'm glad you did. We're not at war, we can collaborate. Just to let you know, I decreased the rate of the messages, and I show my other games just at the very end. As you can imagine, I left some door open for future updates. Would you like to get more? I liked your honest feedback, I'd love to know what you think... so mail me at games@nonostante.io Update#1: Thanks for finishing RUNA. I'd like to say more and to make the game better for you, but given that you kept playing until the end, I already reached my goal. Just to let you know: the average work needed to make a game is about 1 month for 30 min play. Previous: Hi, thanks for playing. Next time, why not just contacting me first? This way, you just destroyed the game rating without saying a word about the game. It seems you enjoyed RUNA, so why not be supportive so I can improve and make RUNA better? The point is: making game is hard, if we communicate, you can enjoy more and I can make new levels, new games. This way, you simply put an ultra heavy anchor that drags my game down. Please contact me at games@nonostante.io or via twitter. Maybe we'll find a solution that pleases you.

Beautiful Game

This game has a lot of polish. The tutorial levels make the game simple to understand. Quickly gets challenging, but still fun.

It’s ok

I got up to level 10 and deleted it, the gameplay is ok but there’s enough things that disengaged me, the volume is either on or off and any volume choice that you’ve made is overruled, the google translate version of English is irritating and it’s boring after a couple of minutes

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for playing. I wrote the English directly, what's boring? Is it too verbose? There're just 6 sentences in total, spread among 10 levels... I'd like to improve if you give me some hint. Give RUNA another spin, the 11th level presents the first game twist, you will like it. I did a very hard work to polish RUNA, and I will be very happy if you enjoy and complete the game. I'd love to make the game better, please contact me at games@nonostante.io or twitter/facebook so I can update the game addressing the points you made. Thanks for your support. Without it, I really have hard time to make games. Thank you.
