The worst part is the customer support. I asked several times for a refund, but they kept sending me basically the same generic response about NORMAL and MAX modes instead of actually dealing with my refund request.
If customers are paying for credits, the cost of each task should be clear before the credits are consumed. I shouldn’t have to discover afterwards how expensive a task was.
I regret purchasing the credits and wouldn’t recommend spending money on this app based on my experience. Check the credit usage and refund terms very carefully before paying.

Hi, I completely understand where you’re coming from, especially when you’re trying to manage a limited credit balance. One important thing to clarify is that credits don’t have a fixed “X credits per task” cost. The amount consumed depends on what the agent actually needs to process the request including the model being used, prompt complexity, number of steps, tool calls, generations, iterations, and overall processing required. Because of that, it isn’t always possible to tell you upfront that, for example, “this task will cost exactly 2,000 credits.” Two requests that look similar on the surface can require very different amounts of processing We understand your concern about credit usage and how it can affect your workflow.
