Find out whether your treadmill provides the Bluetooth workout data required by RunBridge. RunBridge Companion guides you through a short compatibility test. Select your treadmill, confirm the manufacturer and model, connect over Bluetooth, and briefly start the belt when prompted. The app evaluates the data it receives and gives you a clear result, confidence level, reasons, limitations, and a recommended next step. WHAT IT CHECKS • Bluetooth Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) availability • Live treadmill speed data • Native distance data, or whether RunBridge can calculate distance from speed • Notification reliability • Treadmills that require a standard FTMS control request • Unusual Bluetooth behavior that may affect compatibility SAVE AND SHARE Save results on your iPhone for future reference. Review full technical details or create a diagnostic report to share with RunBridge support through Mail, Files, or another app you choose. PRIVACY Diagnostic captures remain on your iPhone until you choose to share them. Nothing is uploaded automatically. A treadmill serial number may be read locally during testing, but it is excluded from shared reports unless you explicitly include it. RunBridge Companion is a compatibility and diagnostic tool. It does not replace the RunBridge device. You remain in control of treadmill movement throughout the test. Treadmill Bluetooth implementations can vary by model, console, firmware, and market. Each result reflects the data observed during that test.
