iPad is SO laggy with newest update
game is now unplayable. as a casual player I only play on my iPad and it’s generally very smooth gameplay. But after this most recent update it’s not worth it to even try and play. The lag is so brutal. I’m devastated because this is the only way I can play. Pleasseeeee jagex fix this

I played for years Perfect game excellent graphics. What can I say? It’s amazing.
Going downhill
I feel like step by step RuneScape is dying. I’ve played for many years and always loved the game - but now things I worked very hard to achieve have been slowly stripped from me. Auras that I used hundreds of millions of in game gp to “purchase” not realizing they’d be taken away without anything in return. My player owned house that I spent countless hours building wiped out. Not to mention countless other topics. Here is to the loss of a long term RS3 player - I’m out.

Stupid game
Can’t log in
I can’t login anymore. Every time I try, it says that my login method is no longer valid and that I need to upgrade my account. So, I hit the button to do so, and it gives me an error. I’m bricked as is.
QOL lacking
Still no quick drop like osrs has. Ridiculous how they've added so many quality of life upgrades but went backwards with the most basic features. Changing attacks in settings, no skill progress tracker that I've seen, even the settings is a mess.

It can’t establish a connection when trying to log in. Never got it to work

No way to sign in through steam. Trying to link accounts online is not possible. Getting errors throughout.

I play on PC. Tried signing in to mobile but when I do it says I’m blocked with no other option/choice to appeal or do anything.

All these years and you guys are still lazy with hairstyles it’s like you don’t wanna put in the effort you made the hair even shorter than it was before it may seem petty to you, but other people like specific hairstyles with specific lengths for their character characters just disappointed. Stop being lazy with hairstyles

Hard to swap characters
Please move the logout button to the bottom. I keep miss-clicking it because it is so close to the play now button.
Also. Allow us to swap characters without logging all the way out. Its a pain in the butt.

They don’t care anymore
Don’t worry wasting time on this game as they don’t have support if you lose access. They forced me to start using an Authenticator years ago and that Authenticator failed, so now I can no longer access my account. Their support refuses to help. Despite 20+ years of playing the game, they say there’s nothing they can do to get me back and provide AI responses. They obviously don’t have enough support anymore to actually control the game. Buyer beware.

App could use some TLC but for the most part it plays very well. PC is definitely a better way to play but mobile has its good uses forsure
