About

Your runs, beautifully yours. Free, private, and on your iPhone. RunFold reads your runs from Apple Health and just shows them to you: your routes on a map, your pace, your heart rate, and how you're doing over weeks and months. No account, no subscription, nothing leaves your iPhone. If you wear an Apple Watch, all of this is already being recorded. You've got the data. RunFold gives you a calm place to look at it, without being sold something. WHAT'S INSIDE • Every run in a list, sorted and filtered however you like • A map of all your runs, with nearby starts grouped into one place • A detailed view for each run, including the route on a map • Compare any two periods side by side: distance, VO₂ max, run count, and your best 5K, 10K, half, and marathon • A calendar of your whole running year • A customizable Stats dashboard, with trends over any timeframe • Heart-rate training zones, plus the watch metrics: cadence, stride, and power WHAT'S NOT INSIDE No subscription. No ads. No feed. No login. And no quietly added paywall later. That's the whole point. I use RunFold every day and I'm still adding to it. If something's missing, email me. A runner asking for a feature is pretty much the whole roadmap.

Miles or kilometers, your choice. Pick your units in Settings, and turn on "Show both units" to see a 5K as both 5.00 km and 3.11 mi. Assign shoes to many runs at once. Open a pair under Settings, Shoes, tap "Assign to runs", and check every run you wore them on. Thanks Daniel for both suggestions, and keep the feedback coming.
