About

Rung & Ruin takes the classic snakes-and-ladders board and gives it something the original never had: choices. Roll two dice and pick which one to move — take the safe number, or gamble on the one that puts you at the foot of a ladder. It's the one moment of real strategy in an otherwise luck-driven game, and it changes every turn. Twice a game, spend your entire turn to swap the board itself. Every token on the board — including yours — gets rechecked against the new snakes and ladders. Time it right and you can ladder yourself to victory. Time it wrong and you might slide an opponent straight to the top. Play solo and see how few rolls it takes to reach 100. Race Robo, a computer opponent tuned to play smart without playing perfectly. Or hand the phone to a friend and play pass-and-play, right on the same device. Eight hand-picked board layouts are dealt at random in Shuffled mode, so no two games look the same — or stick with the Classic board everyone grew up with. Configurable house rules (single die vs two, board switches on or off, how you finish the game) let you set it up exactly how your family plays. No ads. No accounts. No data collected, ever — Rung & Ruin doesn't even connect to the internet. Just a board game, the way it should be.
