Nearly Perfect

This does pretty much everything I want it to across all of my devices - multiple platforms, live activities, iCloud sync, visual usage bars, and no data collection. The three things I’d request are (1) allow the custom colors I set to apply to the live activities (including gradient colors and thresholds), (2) allow me to set the opacity of the background of the live activity so it can be more see-through, and (3) allow my settings, including custom colors, to sync across all of my devices. It seems I have to go set all settings individually on each device. Of course, some settings (like notifications) should be set separately on each device.

Your own colours and gradients show on the Live Activity, the opacity slider is in Settings > Lock Screen under Background, and Settings > iCloud sync has "Sync my settings across my devices", where you choose what syncs.
