S5-CE3Bのウォッチフェイスが変更できない
問い合わせてメールのご指示通り全て行い確認しましたが、 ウォッチフェイスを変更できませんでした。 そもそもアプリのウォッチフェイスギャラリーに移動できません。 旧アプリrunmifitではウォッチフェイスを変更出来ていたので、 新アプリ側の問題かと思いますので、ご対応よろしくお願いします。
メールで問い合わせして5.1.0バージョンアップで解決済みと回答ありましたが、最新バージョンでも解決しません。ご対応お願いします。

Taking Options Away
It seems each time there is an update they take something away. It used to be so nice to have your pertinent information on one screen. But now to have your weight, you have to have premium service. I have a fitnus product for my health. I am on a fixed income which does not allow me to have the premium service. Also, every day I get the message that says wearing the fitnus one more day can accurately do something with my sleep cycle. I never take the band off. It states this everyday. I liked the previous screen layout.
I do like that you can choose the face of the fitnus band through the app.

It works well but when it comes to the AI backgrounds it malfunctions a lot.
Lost my entire run
I was 8 1/2 miles in and all of a sudden my entire run was gone nowhere to be found. Very upset with this app.

It is really good but the message system is only read and you can’t write back which is very annoying
Good performance
The watch was a gift from Amazon. The app paired with the watch gives you updates on your steps, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen and much more. Sometimes the app doesn’t sync right away unless I do it manually.

Wish it would link to phone better. Sometimes I have to restart phone and watch just to get it to sync

I had something for free for years and now you want me to upgrade and start paying. I just want the app I had and not the plus. Why can’t I keep what was working for me.

Update is a mess
The latest update doesn’t allow me to change watch faces. I’ve lost the functionality of using the watch as a remote for my phone for music or camera. This update is a complete disaster and needs to be fixed.
Update: developers suggested fix won’t work. The Runmefit app isn’t even listed under the photos permission, so can be “on”.
It’s still a mess.

Cautiously optimistic
I’m only about a month thing, but it seems pretty comprehensive easy to figure out how to change things. The app is easily navigable as well.
And I guess I don’t know anything about this company or manufacture but what’s the difference from them having data on me versus the 19 day of breaches I’ve already been part of lol so when it comes down to the watch it just it seems like it’s easier and I like the app more than the Apple set up and that’s the only thing I have to compare it to, but I like to sleep AI stuff especially

Unreliable avoid devices that rely on this mess
Most of the time The app doesn't even open.
Halfway thru a run it just quits. Almost impossible to update info manually because

It happened again
The issue happend in January and has happened again today I open the app and it just freezes on the loading thing and then kicks me off the app last time it did it it didn’t start working again until after about four months and now it’s happening all over again. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
Disappointed
Had the Runmefit for 17 months the tab that fits in the band broke off. What gives?

On the watch you HAVE to flip through every activity. There should be a way to take off the activities you dont want via the APP
Love my Runmefit.
I love my Runmefit. I’m on my second one and find I’m lost when I’m not wearing it. It lets me check anytime when I’m wanting to know my health numbers. I always check it against my numbers at my doctor visits. It is very accurate. Even my doctor is impressed.
