Piece of junk. I don’t know if it’s the app or the tracker but steps counted can be off by several hundred if not more. BP reading is off by at least 15 points, low much lower than it should be. Sleep isn’t even close. It will tell me I’ve had 8 1/2 or 9 1/2 hours of sleep, when I rarely am even in bed more than six or seven hours and if I’m awake most of the night, it will still say that I have had over 8 hours of sleep when I had maybe 2. After using this app and the tracker for 4 solid months I threw it in the trash and I deleted the app. And now I know why I got it for free. Because it’s not worth the plug nickel.

Disappointed first impression
Just installed app and started using this morning. Didn’t track any of my morning cardio but tracked it as steps walked. Not one of the types of exercise applies to me. It has yoga but not Pilates. Has walking, running, cycling, treadmill, and similar but not cardio. Nor is there an option to add your own. I am disabled and don’t run, walk, or do any exercise that is high impact. Found the lack of adaptability frustrating. The “sport” section is worthless to me. Would be awesome if I could use it for something else.. anything else. Had really hoped this watch would be a good way to track my heart rate when exercising but absolutely nothing today. Hopefully I can get the heart rate dialed in before I exercise again. If not, it’s officially worthless to me and I’ll be returning it.

Glitch
You would have definitely gotten five stars, except for one irritation. The American measurements are not consistent. I don’t understand milliliters, liters, centimeters, etc. You repair that I’ll give you 10 stars! My doctor wanted me to get a fitness watch to track my various measurements. I have to tell y’all, this watch is so accurate! When my nurse does my measurements at the doctors office, I do them on my watch at the same time. This watch is spot on! For that, I would like to give you a 4 1/2. But you have to fix that glitch.

Nice
I like everything it calculates, like blood oxygen, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood temperature, but if you create a watch face, it only shows the time, it doesn’t show the battery, the date, the day of the week, or if it’s connected to a device. Just the time. I would like that fixed please. Other than that, it’s pretty good

Lost home page
I had the home page at one time but I think something that made the page change by a turn now everything is overlapping. How do I get back to a clear page as in shows .
Does not save all the settings when the battery dies
If the watch battery dies, then you have to go into the sports setting to delete unwanted sports. If you don't, then you have to cycle through a long list of activities before you get back to the watch.
Okay
It’s nice but it won’t let me track women’s health. The full frame won’t fit into my screen
You don't need my location
Stop asking me to update my location permission settings everytime I synch my data. You don't need it.
Had no choice but to get rid of the watch and app
After a few months of using my watch, it fell behind on time. When I pulled out my phone to sync the time and info, the phone claimed it couldn't find the watch. No matter what I did, it wouldn't connect and told me to check my Bluetooth, despite my Bluetooth working with every other device I tried. After weeks of trying, I got so tired that I gave up altogether.
It's useful for a few months and has very neat mechanics, but in the long run, I would recommend something else.

Inaccurate
The only readings that are close to accurate on this tracker are the clock, temperature, blood oxygen and heart rate. It is off on steps by a factor of 10, blood pressure by a minimum of 30/20, distance by 4 fold, calories by three fold. Totally unreliable and no way that I can see to calibrate it.
No longer connecting to phone
Worked fine for a couple of months; now no longer connects to phone; phone cannot find it. Literally placed tracker on top of phone, still can’t find it. Now useless.
No BP?
I bought this watch specifically to keep tabs on my blood pressure, worked pretty good in the beginning — it stopped recording any of the BP data about a month ago making it unusable for the specific function I wanted it for. What’s up with that?
You went from a high 4 to less than 3 now 😖

“Device Disconnected” Repeatedly
Unfortunately, this app is all too frequently informing me that it has disconnected from the tracker. That necessitates going through the options until I get to “Find Phone”, and hoping it can actually do that (even as I’m holding it in the same hand as the tracker)!
Love and hate it!
I love the blood pressure and 02 sensor that my other trackers did not have. The heart rate monitor works well. The sleep tracker says I’m in deep sleep while reading a book or watching a movie in bed! It also doesn’t actually track the number of times you wake up throughout the night. My husband loves the fact that by driving a semi-truck he can raise his step count significantly!

The Fitbit watch and this app
Not accurate at all BP is of more than 20 points with my BP machine the sleep app is totally off everything is 10 min record8ng I am sleeping while I am up not recording by when I wake up in middle of the night I returned the watch not worth the money
Set up
Sorry I don’t find the set up very easy I would want better instructions on setting steps etc. and tapping to get on the phone and erasing the days results
Sleep timer
The sleep timer is adding an hour to my actual sleep time from when I wake up and throwing the numbers off. I had is synchronize this morning and it still changed. What is happening?
Coincidence?
Is it just coincidence that the day I join my Fitnus tracker to this app, I begin to receive a gazillion unwanted text messages? They come as a group of 20 at a time. I’ve stopped using the app. Also, there is not a guide to download, and the teeny print brochure that comes with the tracker (I love the tracker for its simplicity) has the teeniest font ever used in an instruction guide.

Not real useful
Problems with this app:
1. It records “sleep” even after I’ve gotten up for the day. One day it recorded three more hours of sleep. Therefore how do I trust the measurement of light, deep, and REM sleep. I know I dream during the night, but it only shows REM sleep for 10 minutes or so just before I wake for the day.
2. There doesn’t appear to be an operating guide online, and the guide that comes with the product doesn’t fully cover all functions of the tracker.
3. It does not accurately record my heart rate. When I go to my health club and raise my heart rate to 130 bpm, it has never recorded a bpm over 100.
4. Product support is poor. There’s no email address, only a web form to fill out and leave your email address. I asked a question with the form, but never received a response.

Not sending health accurate info
This app is overall good, but it doesn’t send accurate info to the Apple Health app. Yes, I’m
connected and it gets a couple hundred steps here and there throughout the day, some days and others it gets no more than a couple hundred steps. I average around 6,000 a day and the health app informs my diet app how many calories I’m allowed. This low data has je underrating for my activity level.
