Response from developer
Very sorry about this. Not sure where you sent the messages but I don't see anything missed in my email. We do have 1 comment on our feedback form that might be yours, but it doesn't have an email attached so we had no way of responding. You should be able to click "restore purchases" in settings to get access, but if that doesn't work feel free to contact us again and we'll see what we can do. Also, be sure to update your app to the latest version, we completely overhauled the in app purchase system.
App defaults premium to trial version after iPhone upgrade
After upgrading to iPhone 12 Premium version stopped working asking to upgrade to Premium and the settings in app provides NO login ability to resume Premium. Still paying .99 per month without the benefits. Ugh.....

Simple but buggy and super basic
But - to be blunt - the app is a bit lazy and can be made much better than its more effort. It doesn’t, for example, allow for any sort of data analysis. It doesn’t calculate my averages or records. You can’t export the data to save it to save it for posterity.
It is buggy. If you have too many runs saved then it slows way down. The GPS is weird and can seem inaccurate (compared to their apps and online pedometers). WORST is that it occasionally claims I have a free account and am out of runs even though I have been a premiering member for two years. I once tried to install and reinstall to fix the bug but I then lost all my runs over two years. Absolutely stupid. I currently have this issue again and switched to Nike Run club, which is better.
