Efficient and easy to use

The menu is easy to navigate and works really well. Also the statistics they tell me about my run are really helpful. All around 5/5, can’t complain.

Worked well until few weeks ago upgraded to premium - now hardly get anything and distance is not accurate- might as well cancel and go back to watch

Subscription does not unlock features

Do not subscribe. I did and I have not been able to use any of the features and can only save 5 tracks. There is absolutely no customer service. I don’t think the creators are even in business any more. I’ve had no response to my messages. Again, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP.

Response from developer

Very sorry about this. Not sure where you sent the messages but I don't see anything missed in my email. We do have 1 comment on our feedback form that might be yours, but it doesn't have an email attached so we had no way of responding. You should be able to click "restore purchases" in settings to get access, but if that doesn't work feel free to contact us again and we'll see what we can do. Also, be sure to update your app to the latest version, we completely overhauled the in app purchase system.

App defaults premium to trial version after iPhone upgrade

Totally disappointed
After upgrading to iPhone 12 Premium version stopped working asking to upgrade to Premium and the settings in app provides NO login ability to resume Premium. Still paying .99 per month without the benefits. Ugh.....

Review is Good!

The app is really good because it doesn’t make you pay money and actually tracks where you are pretty well. You can pay for more features but works on its own. Very happy!

Upgrade

Upgraded for the premium yeah I’m still not able to track The miles I’m putting on my shoes, and I don’t have a voice activated telling me how many miles I’m running. I used to have it but now I don’t. And we’re paying extra. Please fix it.

Didn’t track my run

Disheartened

The best

Love this app, only app I’ve ever used to track my runs, super simple and easy to use

What happened?

I bought this app after using the “pink” Vima. Now I can’t use it and the pink one only allows 5 trips. I am very disappointed. Developers must have moved on and found something more interesting. I will never use anything from these people again. And worse, they have my credit card information

Useful

It’s good, wish it was free tho 😁

Great running App

Excellent app. Have used for a week now and it tracks all the data a casual runner could want and more besides. Very interesting to review the data after a run and track progress in split times and overall running speed. Have subscribed to premium. Good job.

Can’t use premium features I’m paying for

I like the app but have been paying for the premium but I get blocked saying I need premium to access features, which I have. Can not contact customer service.

Canceling

How do I cancel the premium?

Pauses even when I don’t want it to

Pauses when I don’t want it to, other than that pretty good.

Premium

Doesn’t work anymore with Premium

Freemium account

Extremely appreciative for the service and features free of charge

Simple but buggy and super basic

I’ve used this app since 2015. Intuitive And clear interface, cool satellite map features. The basics of distance and calories and time are well done.

But - to be blunt - the app is a bit lazy and can be made much better than its more effort. It doesn’t, for example, allow for any sort of data analysis. It doesn’t calculate my averages or records. You can’t export the data to save it to save it for posterity.

It is buggy. If you have too many runs saved then it slows way down. The GPS is weird and can seem inaccurate (compared to their apps and online pedometers). WORST is that it occasionally claims I have a free account and am out of runs even though I have been a premiering member for two years. I once tried to install and reinstall to fix the bug but I then lost all my runs over two years. Absolutely stupid. I currently have this issue again and switched to Nike Run club, which is better.

Would not recommend

Immediately subscribed you without doing anything. Can’t figure out how to unsubscribe and now it’s charging me. No way to transfer data and only tracks distance, not calories or anything.

It worked great for a while...

I gave it two stars because for a good while it worked really well. In the last month or so, however, it either delays the beginning of the workout for a really long time or simply doesn’t record any part of the run at all. I have no idea what the problem is. I have the same equipment with no changes. Very disappointed.
