About

RunningAnalyser turns the running workouts already in your Health app into clear, detailed insight — without sending your data anywhere. Your runs are analysed entirely on your device. Nothing about your health, routes, or pace leaves your iPhone in normal use. ANALYSE EVERY RUN • Pace-coloured route map for each workout • Kilometre-by-kilometre splits: pace, heart rate, cadence, and elevation gain/loss • Details for every interval of a structured workout • Historical weather for each run, so you can see the conditions you ran in • Compare yearly mileage, view your heat map, monitor streaks TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • Personal bests across fully customisable distances, e.g. 1K, 5K, 10K, HM, 30K, and Marathon • Top-10 results for every distance • Smart altitude filtering so steep downhill segments don't distort your bests • Manually ignore workouts with faulty GPS data UNDERSTAND YOUR FITNESS • Pace-at-heart-rate and cadence-at-pace charts • Training-load scoring and heart-rate-based analysis • Personalise reference heart rates and thresholds to match your physiology MADE FOR RUNNERS • Track usage of all your running shoes • Metric and imperial units (km/m/°C or miles/feet/°F) • Crop and tidy up individual workouts • Choose exactly which date range to sync

Shoes, a heatmap of everywhere you run, and a new Statistics screen. • Shoes — track usage for each of your shoe pairs. Swipe a run to the right to assign it, and retire a pair once it is worn out. • Statistics — how much you have actually run: distance or time per week, month or year, your longest streak of consecutive weeks, and this year set against the ones before it. • Heatmap — every run in your history on a single map. The more often you have run a street, the brighter it burns. • Seven languages — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, switchable in Settings. • Cleaning can now cut stretches out of the middle of a run, not just crop its ends. • Paused runs are handled properly throughout: pace, splits and the map no longer count the time you stood still.
