About

RunReady tells you exactly what to wear for your next run — no more guessing, no more starting cold or overheating a kilometre in. It starts with the one number that matters: a running "feels-like" temperature that accounts for your pace and effort, wind chill, and sun — not just the stationary forecast. From there you get a clear outfit call: top, bottom, jacket, and accessories. EVERYTHING IS FREE No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads. Every feature below is included. WHAT TO WEAR - A running feels-like temperature tuned to your session: Easy, Tempo, Long Run, Interval or Race - A complete outfit: top, bottom, jacket and accessories - Wind, rain and UV warnings when they actually matter - An hourly chart showing how your body heat builds over the run YOUR RUN-DAY COACH - A fuel timeline and hydration guidance, shaped by distance, timing and temperature - Warm-up and cool-down routines matched to the session - Pacing: effort descriptor, RPE, target pace and in-run guidance - A daily briefing that pulls it all together in a few sentences READINESS - Reads your training load and, if you choose to share it, your sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate - Always measured against your own recent normal, never a generic target - Tells you whether today's session still makes sense — and works without a watch LEARNS HOW YOU RUN Rate a run in seconds and RunReady learns whether you run warm or cold, then adjusts. After a few runs the recommendation is yours, not an average. ALSO INCLUDED - Run history with HealthKit workouts and manual logging - Apple Watch app: your outfit at a glance, quick comfort logging, recent runs - Home-screen widgets and watch complications - Morning reminders timed to when you actually run - Works offline using cached weather - iCloud sync across your devices, with no account - Kilometres or miles, in English and Dutch PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything is computed on your device. No account, no server, no tracking, no ads. Your runs, weather and health data never leave your iPhone. Health data is read only — never written, never synced. Weather data provided by Apple Weather. RunReady offers general guidance for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. What's New in RunReady

1.2.1

August 21, 2026

This update is about the readiness card. When your sleep, HRV or resting heart rate sat just outside your usual range, the card highlighted it in orange and named it as a reason — even though a difference that small is ordinary night-to-night variation. It could tell you "Steady — nothing here says hold back" and show warning-coloured tiles directly underneath. What changed: - Readings inside your normal range are grey now instead of orange. Only a real difference gets highlighted. - Sleep reads as hours and minutes — "7 h 18 m", or "-24 min" against your usual — instead of a rounded "-0.4 h". - The daily briefing no longer gives "you've run less than usual this week" as the reason a session looks like a good fit. Running less than usual means you're rested, not that you're fitter. It still appears as a note. - When your signals genuinely disagree with each other, the card says they're mixed instead of claiming everything sits where it usually does. The readings themselves haven't changed — only which ones get called out, and how they read. "How this was measured" still shows every value against your own usual.
