Can’t update password on phone
As per the title, can’t update password on phone. This has been ongoing for months. Such a shame!

I cant get past the login. Is it the same details that I use for web based ?
App just crashes
I click on certain appointments and the app completely crashes. Needs a bug fix.

Ok so I do like the calendar / availability functionality - far better than the website so giving it more than 1 star for this reason.
But as per the other review from back in August, when I click on a game for more information (eg. Venue), it just crashes every time.
Please add venue name and address to the game summary screen.

New app
Click on my fixture and colleagues and then it just crashes

OK when working- not often!
Generally refuses to load past sport selection screen. Useful when working to check my cricket appointments but cannot be relied upon at all!
Password doesn’t work
Same issue. Password doesn’t work, it’s correct on the website but not on the app needs sorting out one year on.
Great idea but app doesn’t work
It would be so handy having an app for WTR, but it always tells me my login details are wrong when I can login just fine on the web version with the same details. Unfortunately useless.
Can’t log on to app
Have a log in that works fine on the web site, but get invalid details for the app. Been like this for a year now.

This I great on tool to website, new layout is a good improvement from previous version.

So many issues
This app needs to get an upgrade. I can’t enter in cards, scores or anything after games. It constantly is glitching and it is super frustrating.
Don’t waste time and money
Full of bugs, I actually can’t use the app to key in the score and cards. Have to use the website. Useless
Log in details not recognised
My log in details had to be changed but the app declines my new password . When I click the forgot user name/ password the drop down box only refers to Rugby and Basketball not cricket which is the game I’m registered for .

Terrible, needs plenty work
The website is very old and needs updating as does the app. I’d really like to know how you can charge a fee?
Overpriced and pointless
This app is a waste of money, doesn’t allow you to do anything other than select your availability on a calendar. Why no expenses or game searches as per the website? A high cost for little functionality.
Just doesn’t work at all
Unable to load the app, just opens a blank page and the bar doesn’t load past about 5%
Also, when it previously did open the calendar fixtures where 1hour off which is liable for an error. Would be good to have the availability to enter scores or reports

How do I get my money back?
This is an absolutely appalling App. It takes ages to load, often freezes and crashes.
It is not fit for purpose. How do return it and obtain a refund?

Needs Improvement!!
So we have been waiting for a app for a while but first use was not impressed. First let’s start with the profile page.
You get to see all your own details but are unable to change any off it which means you still have to go onto a laptop to change it.
Game section is a bit better, there is a bit more interaction it lets you see your past games and future appointment and when you click on them it shows all the deatils you can get to see on the website so 👍 for that. But still improvements could be done to allow more features that the website does.
Last but not least the availability page it’s nice to have but I wish you could change you availability for whole days not having to individually press AM PM and Evening to get one day off. I just had to do it for a whole month and it took way to long.
Disappointed that who’s the ref is asking for money for such a basic platform I would understand if all features were available like the website and hopefully we will see that in the future but for now there is a lot of work to be done.

Availability Calendar is fundamentally broken
For some reason the availability calendar is showing double entries for each day for September 2019 and onwards. However the date is not duplicating so the whole setup is nonsense and strange things happen when you then try and select one of these duplicated sessions. This makes the app unusable for its only data entry feature.
Given the basic nature of this app and the fact it’s broken - the £2.99 charge is some what laughable! I would steer clear until the developers actually offer an app which demonstrates effort worth the price tag.
