App has no update and not loading runners. So having to decide if taking a group out with no ICE details! 🫣

We have used this app for some considerable time, and whilst it has never been great, lately it has been performing worse than usual to the point that is becoming unusable!
Often at run sessions those of us that have the run leaders app will consult with each other to determine precisely which members have booked on or cancelled because it doesn’t update properly or in a timely manner. When it goes through the process of updating, it takes forever I’m a Lohan just show the spinning update graphic indefinitely until it times out.
Infuriatingly bad is the polite term for this app

Slow and clunky
I have scored the app poorly because of the amount of time it takes to refresh an update runners who have booked on or booked off. 99 times out of 100, the app egg timer spins for eternity. Sometimes you are lucky and it refreshes and other times it doesn’t update at all. As run leaders, we will frequently ask each other to check the app because we often can’t trust it.

Useful but a pain
Good with it weeks but I AB’s others have had periods like now where it just won’t load. Totally infuriating then.
Poor performance
Very slow to load and doesn’t display up to date information. Needs to be refreshed and again takes ages. Not much use and needs an urgent rewrite
App not working
My app stopped working a month ago. Emailed support twice and no reply. App Store link to Support broken. Please help!
Needs a few updates to make it user friendly
Meets my need to collect emergency details of runners but not user friendly. Main bugbear is that although this is a mobile App it requires a desktop PC to amend almost any error. Runners also can’t see in their App who else is running which is a constant moan from them.

Works but could be much more usable.
We transitioned to using RunTogether as a community running group at end of COVID and appreciate what it gives us as Run Leaders. App works okay to check runners in to sessions but hard to set new sessions up. Runners often have trouble signing up too ( other app) but it is easy to add them in this app. Disappointing that I have to disable my VPN for this app to function.

Slow and limited
Takes a long time to refresh the app to load current data and, other than cancelling runs, all other editing needs to be done on the website. So apart from signing people onto runs, the app if fairly useless
Continuing server failures
App failed around a fortnight ago. As instructed I updated from iOS15.2 to 15.3. Less than a week later and it’s perpetually ‘Unable to connect to server’.
No longer able to see any data.
This app has been flakey for a while but now I cannot see any data. So I cannot see if anyone has booked on nor can I then mark off attendees or see their emergency contact info. This needs to be sorted asap.
Disfunctional!
Logged in but not seeing any runner or session info. Other leaders in my club report similar glitches.
