RunToMax has a refreshed design and new ways to understand your training and progress. • A fresh look: Redesigned screens, clearer navigation and improved readability throughout the app. • Your run, at a glance: A new post-run review brings together your results, splits and effort feedback, with quick access to full analysis. • More helpful coaching: Daily workout suggestions when you’re training without a plan, plus clearer explanations and previews for plan adjustments you control. • Follow your progress: Set Race Shape benchmarks for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon, and explore easy-effort trends with clearer explanations of the evidence behind them. • Treadmill workout imports: Choose outdoor or treadmill when importing a workout, with speed targets in km/h or mph on Apple Watch. • Better workout handling: Improved preservation of rest steps, pace targets and heart-rate targets when importing workouts and sending them to your Watch. • Training insights and recording fixes: Improved easy-run classification, recovery calculations and distance tracking around pauses and Stryd reconnection. • More useful details: Add starting mileage to your shoes and see both ascent and descent in run summaries. • Accessibility and reliability: Better support for larger text and French, alongside navigation and stability improvements. • Optional analytics during setup: Choose whether to help improve RunToMax. Analytics stays off unless you enable it, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings.
