About
Track runs, hikes, and rides with RunUp, a GPS workout tracker built for your own pace.
• GPS Workout Tracking
Record a workout with GPS and see your route on the map in real time. While an active workout is recording, RunUp continues to record your route, distance, and pace when the screen is off.
• Detailed Stats & Analysis
Review distance, duration, pace, speed, calories, elevation gain, steps, and cadence for every workout. With your permission, RunUp can read heart rate from Apple Health and include it in your workout record. Performance charts and kilometre-by-kilometre analysis help you understand each effort.
• Voice Guidance & Pace Maker
Hear distance intervals, pace updates, workout status changes, and summit arrivals while recording. Set a target pace for running or a target speed for cycling, then receive guidance when you move outside your chosen range.
• Routes, Peaks & Progress
Explore a finished route in 3D terrain, review elevation and segments, and track personal records, streaks, weekly summaries, and activity heatmaps. Challenge yourself to reach listed peaks in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States.
• Community & Rewards
Post a workout only when you choose. Follow other athletes, leave comments and likes, and earn XP and coins for activity. Reporting and blocking tools help keep the community safe.
• GPX & Automatic Backup
Import GPX routes to view on the map and export your own workouts as GPX. Signing in is optional. When signed in, saved workouts back up automatically and can be restored on another device.
RunUp works without an account for recording, analysis, and GPX. Create or sign in to an account only when you want backup, community, and rewards.
