No update in app
After file the case against runwal garden city in maharera they hide my details in the app and submit complaint about the app no one call till today.
No data received
Raised many complaints but not answered , no latest updates on project also no data found on app

Application is not up to the Mark. Runwal is brand but I’m sorry to tech sucks.
Possession issue
This app is of no use because I use this app and raised complaint so many times tha I have made all payments, submitted all documents for reconciliation but still I am not receiving possession and even after 4 months my issues is not resolved.
This people only contact you when the need money and than no response after receiving money.

App Not Working
I am a Runwal customer from 3 years, from last 2 month my account was deleted and I cannot access the app and any updates, even after emailing the Runwal Team, there is no response as usual. Worst App ever.
Poor interface
Not able to login since 1.5 months, im trying to login from my email id or phone number still it show error of password or email id not valid. Developers improve backend and front-end of the app. The UI is also not up to the mark, please improve if you are reading this.

The tickets raised in the app are closed without issues being addressed. Residents are at the mercy of front desk operator who close the tickets basis their limited judgements
Delivered lifts not as per promissed quality
The lift installed at Tower 6 is of very poor quality and frequently malfunctions. One month ago, we had an accident with the lift, yet there has been no improvement in the service. The quality of the City Lift brand is the worst.

This app does not have scope to reopen ticket which is closed by CRM to achieve their SLA without connecting customer..

Possibly worst ever app
How can anyone release this app without proper testing. If MyGate is at 100 this app stands at 1 . Worst possible experience you will get with this app.
