Has Potential, but also weird bugs

Mostly, I’m confused as to why it pulls ALL workouts as a run - even sauna sessions. I see the potential here, but kinda shocked something as simple as pulling only running workouts isn’t working. Lots of work to do here.

Update: I guess my feedback wasn’t clear, as the developer’s response was kind but explained something I already know. I’m not confused as to why all workouts would be helpful for load, impact, etc. what confuses me is that the analysis on each workout - regardless of type - is still done through the lens of a run. The AI apparently cannot distinguish a run, from a sauna session, from a cycling session. I still fail to see how that would be helpful as currently structured, as it’s not providing useful/actionable feedback to the athlete.

Response from developer

Thank you for your honest feedback — we really appreciate it. RunWatch intentionally includes all workouts, not just running sessions. This is important for calculating overall training load, fatigue, and recovery accurately. Activities like strength training, cycling, or even sauna sessions still place stress on your body and influence how recovered you are for your next run. Excluding them would lead to incomplete or misleading training load insights. We understand that this can be confusing at first, and we’re actively working on making this behavior and its explanation clearer inside the app. Regarding the AI insights: they’re not 100% perfect yet, but we’re continuously refining them and improving clarity and accuracy with every update. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts — feedback like this helps us improve RunWatch step by step.
