RunWithMeg is the best training app out there
Meg is knowledgeable, effective, and all-in as a coach and trainer. She is the opposite of “phone it in hype”/“make a quick buck” types. A true athlete herself, she crafts programs that build thoughtfully, and teaches you why they work. She explains running form and includes both agility and strength exercises to improve it. She also teaches you about mindset. About finding your why and learning to strive in everything you do. Cannot say enough good about her and her app.
