Terrible wish they would fix.
I used to genuinely love this game. Then I got to a high enough level that every level is almost impossible to beat. Not enough moves etc. it has gone so far down hill and went from being a fun game to play to being the most dreadful game on my phone. I’m uninstalling again after giving this game 100 chances to get better.

it’s quite obvious that these levels were made with the assumption that the player has max bonuses + golden disco ball, so whenever you don’t have those it feels begrudgingly long to ever maintain a streak again because of how hard the later levels get. this plus the “randomness” of the levels makes it impossible to maintain a win streak

Glitches
I was on one of the levels and it said I had two plates to beak but they were all already broken. I spent thousands of coins and still the plates never said they were broken. The frying pans were blacked out and now because of this I lost the disco ball activator and everything I had worked for. This is ridiculous!

Getting ads even after paying for ad-free access
I paid for add-free access and after a little while the ads are back. I reached out to the support, and they are taking a very long time to respond to anything. Eventually they told me that “Making any in game purchase will reactivate the no ads between levels.”
There was no mention that buying the no adds feature is limited.

Yall got me over here stress crying over a dang game!!! I gave it another shot after quitting cause the levels are getting harder and harder and now I’ve been stuck on the same level for over a week. Why do you all make them so hard? I just wanna play a game that’s fun and it’s not fun anymore. Why do you do this to people who’ve been fans for a long time and have recommended your game to others? Fix them!!!!! It’s not fun anymore. Once again no one wants to play a game they can’t win!!!! Fix this now!!!!! Don’t just “pass on” to whomever, pick up the phone and call somebody go directly to their office. Tell them people are quitting.

Too many glitches
Too many annoying glitches from resetting you, like you have lost a game during unstable wifi to not acknowledging when you have collected all items it continues to say you are missing something and cost you. Only new levels come out every month or so.. leaving you to play for nothing.. worst when you have collected all the items and you are left with nothing to collect for days. Just disappointing

Candy crush doesn’t make me watch an ad every other level, the level of greed in this annoys me because the game itself is really fun. But come on man even when I fail a level and have to repeat it a couple times it still makes me watch an ad after playing that level twice 😭

Fun game, super glitchy
The game is fun, you match stuff. Been playing for 2-3 months. Once you get the “super” ball, it glitches horribly. While waiting for a level to load, sometimes my phone gets super hot and sometimes the game loads and sometimes it closes out and you lose the bonus you’ve reached by beating 10+ levels in a row. It’s happened to me at least three times. I’m still playing (for now) but if it keeps happening, I’m sashaying away. Please fix this, it’s annoying.

Just wish it was setup better to play for a long time. After level 2500 I keep getting stuck in All Star Mode, which actually gives less incentive, or bonuses. Now I have to delete, and I’ve had since January… sad day!
Great marketing game
Basically, it’s an addictive candy crush type game, but you have to create looks. But as you get further along the levels you realise that to progress further you’re going to need to use actual money, and that is what this game is designed for. It’s a good game but don’t be fooled by ru’s face. They just want your money

On my iphone 15 this game works perfect but on my moms android and my iPad 6th generation it doesn’t work at all it will open and close immediately I have updated the game I have updated phone and iPad I love the game so much so does my mom
Tech issue
I love this game but lately the app won’t let me watch ads for bonuses anymore. The app freezes if I try to do it and I have to close it out and open it again to play.
Customer service support
The game itself is wonderful, but I haven’t been able to watch ads to finish my challenges in days and customer service has been no help
Yeah, I love it
I love this game. The mechanisms are a bit different from other similar match games (e.g. boosters don’t go off automatically) but it’s fun, easy to progress without spending money, and the dress up/runway competitions always reward you no matter how you place - just bigger rewards for higher placements. It’s true to the heart of the show. I recommend!
For people complaining about ads - they are constantly putting out new art/items (e.g. Pride, new looks from queens on current seasons) and levels - they have to pay their team somehow, and want to keep it free to play. Pay the $3 to turn off ads and support the game you like, or watch the ads to support the game you like 🤷♀️

Stop with AI Slop
The game is full of ads and practically pay to win and the AI slop ads when they employ actual artists is so disappointing. Whoever is doing their marketing is awful
Constantly malfunctioning app
This game was fun at first. Lately the game crashes mid-game and does not let you access free perks. I have submitted several tickets to their non-existent support for over a week to no avail. Don’t waste your time on this app.
