Not impressed
Just wish it was setup better to play for a long time. After level 2500 I keep getting stuck in All Star Mode, which actually gives less incentive, or bonuses. Now I have to delete, and I’ve had since January… sad day!
Great marketing game
Basically, it’s an addictive candy crush type game, but you have to create looks. But as you get further along the levels you realise that to progress further you’re going to need to use actual money, and that is what this game is designed for. It’s a good game but don’t be fooled by ru’s face. They just want your money

I’m sad
On my iphone 15 this game works perfect but on my moms android and my iPad 6th generation it doesn’t work at all it will open and close immediately I have updated the game I have updated phone and iPad I love the game so much so does my mom
Tech issue
I love this game but lately the app won’t let me watch ads for bonuses anymore. The app freezes if I try to do it and I have to close it out and open it again to play.
Customer service support
The game itself is wonderful, but I haven’t been able to watch ads to finish my challenges in days and customer service has been no help
Yeah, I love it
I love this game. The mechanisms are a bit different from other similar match games (e.g. boosters don’t go off automatically) but it’s fun, easy to progress without spending money, and the dress up/runway competitions always reward you no matter how you place - just bigger rewards for higher placements. It’s true to the heart of the show. I recommend!
For people complaining about ads - they are constantly putting out new art/items (e.g. Pride, new looks from queens on current seasons) and levels - they have to pay their team somehow, and want to keep it free to play. Pay the $3 to turn off ads and support the game you like, or watch the ads to support the game you like 🤷♀️

Stop with AI Slop
The game is full of ads and practically pay to win and the AI slop ads when they employ actual artists is so disappointing. Whoever is doing their marketing is awful
Constantly malfunctioning app
This game was fun at first. Lately the game crashes mid-game and does not let you access free perks. I have submitted several tickets to their non-existent support for over a week to no avail. Don’t waste your time on this app.

I am furious and so disappointed. I’m not sure what you’re trying to do. I started out loving this game, but it has gotten so difficult. It’s unplayable so I’m going to uninstall this unfair game that will not let you win and wash my hands of it. And no, I don’t believe you’ll pass the information on. I shouldn’t be getting my blood pressure up and need a nerve pill because of a mobile game. The game isn’t fun if it can’t be one.

Riggory
Some of these levels are completely rigged in the guise of being “Hard”. On some levels the game gives you little to no moves to clear an unnecessary amount of obstacles. Upgrading pieces is frustrating as it requires 6+ stars for each piece as you advance past a certain point. This takes a lot of fun out of the game. And don’t even get me started on how expensive these micro transactions are.

Love the game..I will say this, you better have patience when you hit higher levels, but I promise you’ll pass the levels! Only flaw is, I wish you could let us change the way the Queen stands as we play to dress them.
Great game needs sorting options
The one blind spot of this game is that you can’t sort your outfits or search for them. Takes a long time to find an outfit. Overall superior game.
Needs a Search Function!
I love match 3 games in general and I love Drag Race, so I do really enjoy this game. Yes, there are ads, but what game doesn't. What this game REALLY needs though is a SEARCH or CATEGORY function for your items in the Toot or Boot challenges. I have over 200 wigs, for example, and it's impossible to find what you're looking for. Have the items at least grouped by them or queen or SOMETHING rather than an endless list with no descriptors.

Levels are too hard; lives are too expensive
Many times it feels that unless you pay for the bonuses the levels aren’t even possible to beat. This is made worse by the pay for lives setup.
I wouldn’t mind paying a little bit for unlimited lives but when the levels are sometimes seemingly impossible and then you have to keep paying to get more lives it’s annoying. Too bad as the game is otherwise surprisingly fun.

Ending
I loved this game; it’s a great time-passer. However, when you reach the end of the levels, you just replay the same levels for things that aren't even worth it. I wish there were more levels because, unfortunately, after that, it's just boring.

Much more enjoyable to play the game if you spend money. I’ve spent money nearly every week since I started playing, (on VIP passes and Encore Passes). And I have really enjoyed collecting clothing items from challenges, and playing to complete the queen’s collections. But once you reach All-Star mode, gameplay is much less exciting. There are not nearly enough challenges - at the very least, they should make it so you can repeat the challenges in order to keep collecting those items (besides winning one item every 40 levels, as in All Star mode.)
When you have collected all the looks from a “season”; that is, acquired all the items from a the featured queen’s or season’s chest, the additional tokens you grab go towards opening the Encore Chest - which is great! But if you have all the items in the Encore Chest, when you complete a season, all the tokens you are collecting don’t mean anything. Except that you trade them in for some RuDollas when time is up. So really, once you complete the Encore Chest it’s barely worth playing, at all. I can’t believe that now that I’ve collected all the Encore Chest items, all I win is “useless” tokens and “Crown Points” 😂. Meanwhile beating 40 levels is the only way to obtain an old item!
Why wouldn’t the empty Encore Chests be removed for players at this point? When I completed the Encore Chest and realized that I would NOT be receiving All Star items for Snatch Game wins, and as season prizes, I was gagged. I can’t see why you shouldn’t receive All Star items in the same places where Encore items were given previously (the daily game, VIP passes, etc.) Even winning just ONE All Star Chest item in place of where you’d previously win three Encore Chest items would be fab!! So right now I’m eligible for an Encore pass - and because I’ve collected all the items for that queen and completed the Encore Chest - every single clothing prize and encore prize this season will just be crown points, and the tokens for nothing but RuDollas! I’m not spending $7.99 this week for nothing but crown points and extra tokens!! Please consider extending chances to open All Star Chest items in place of the empty Encore Chests.
And let me tell you about these crown points - this part needs a makeover, too. The queens with the most crown points automatically get the most toots (because of a toot bonus), so when they enter any toot or boot contest, they automatically win. It’s based on the total crown points collected, so it’s essentially the same queens at the top of the lists by the end of every week. Those queens earned it and should be rewarded in some way, but it’s just wild to me that there’s no REAL Toot or Boot contest - just the race for crown points. I like coming up with outfits for the contests, but I only enter them to get the daily mini challenge complete. It would be really nice to see different queens winning all the time, like if contest winners were picked by actual number of toots vs. boots, and not in a pre-determined order based on crown points.
The gameplay itself leaves a lot to be desired. The puzzles get really really repetitive.
You betta work and improve this game. Done spending my time and money until things change. Will edit and update this review if things improve! Love RPDR and want to love this game. Time to step that GAMEPLAY up! 💅🏻
