App not clear and spoilt my daughter meal
I order from here ever week sometimes 2 a week. I ordered my daughter a chicken tikka pizza. And wanted no mushroom and no onions. Unknowingly apparently you have to click no then say no onions then wait and click no mushrooms. I clicked no onions and no mushrooms and then paid, I’d actually order extra onions at a cost of another £1.10
. When I called the takeaway and he explained it’s not my fault love, I said so see to your app not been clear I’ve ordered extra onion and my daughter can’t eat onion. He was not interested and said well order it again then. I was so as a goodwill gesture you not going to send me the right pizza and he was we have hundreds of people ordering from us love not my problem. Well I spent over £100 a month with you guys and it’s not my fault your app is not clear. But I won’t be ordering from you again, and he didn't care. Talk about looking after you loyal customer. There are plenty of other kebab house and I won’t be ordering again, no effort to help it’s a pizza that the app was not clear click no wait then no again how would us as customer know this it did not say in writing what to do, not explaining you had to click no wait click no again. Thanks for the great customer service not my daughter had to sit here and watch us all eat.
