The Center provides legal assistance, in both oral and written form, on the following legal matters:
Inheritance cases opened outside the Russian Federation;
Criminal cases opened outside the Russian Federation;
Civil cases opened outside the Russian Federation;
Repatriation to the Russian Federation;
Assistance in collecting the necessary documents within the Russian Federation for submission to law enforcement, judicial, and other authorities of foreign states, or for handing those documents over to Russian-speaking lawyers outside Russia.
The Non-Governmental Legal Aid Center may be contacted by citizens specified in Part 1, Article 20 of Federal Law No. 324-FZ "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation".
