And Whatsapp customer service didn’t even read complaint.

BTW: outdated prices not updated for some merchants - causes problems w orders. Competing app is updated.

App working badly + Bad customer service
I just made an order, and the app didn’t order what I requested. It’s full of bugs, and the company seems to not care about customers who are suffering from the app problems they are supposed to fix. If you’re thinking about using the app do it at your own risk. I would recommend Vuba Vuba, and it’s working perfectly and they really care about their customers.

Restaurants are losing a lot of business
The app has an error when you have to select options for an item such as the side dish or spice level, it says “please at least one item from this add on” even though you already have selected everything. I really want to order from The Hut but I can’t because of this error.

Worst food app ever
I ordered from them and it was nothing but problems. The app is totally buggy. Their credit card payment charges but does not place order. The iOS app keeps crashing. Overall horrible experience.

Won’t load updates
I tried to update the app but I’m caught in a cycle of being directed to update, being connected to the App Store, the current app opening, then back to being directed to update. Would like to use the app but haven’t been able to for 3 weeks.
